1. D a t v a n d e
TP. Ho Chi Minh da t h a n h lap Cdng vien ph^n m^m Quang Trung 5 quan 12 (nam 2001) va k h u edng nghe cao (KCNC) 6 qulin 9 (nam 2002) n h a m thuc d^y p h a t trien n g a n h cdng nghd cao. Theo k h o a n 22, Dieu 3 L u a t D^u tfl ed quy dinh: "Khu cdng n g h e eao la khu chuyen nghien cflu p h a t trien, flng dung cdng nghe cao, fldm tao doanh nghiep cdng nghd cao, san xua't va k i n h doanh san ph^m edng nghe cao, cd r a n h gidi dia 1;^ xac dinh, dfldc t h a n h l a p theo quy dinh cua chinh phu". Ho Chi Minh.
2. Cd sol ly thuyd't
