Summary

This study aims lo identify and evaluate factors that affect the working motivation of employees in VISSAN Joint Stock Company. Result from a survey of 240 employees at VISSAN clarifies 5 determinants, in descending order of impact, which are Income and welfare. Working conditions. Nature of work, Rewards, Training and promotion.

Phdn tich dg tin cqy cua cdc thang do Cronbach's Alpha

Sau khi tie'n hanh kiem tra Cronbach's Alpha cho 6 bien ddc lap, tac gia tie'n hanh phan tieh nhan td'kham pha (EFA) vdi dieu kien loai cae bid'n khdng dam bao he so' tin cay gom DNS, TN5, DK5 va KT5. Ke't qua phan tich dp tin eSy eua cac bie'n ddc lap, nhff sau:

Thang do Ddng nghiep

Ke't qua d Bdng 1 eho tha'y, bie'n DNS cd he so* tffdng quan bid'n tdng la 0,152

< 0,3, vi vay xem xet loai bie'n DN5 ra khoi thang do Dong nghiep.

Thang do Thu nhdp vd phuc lgi Ke't qua phan tich dd tin eSy cua thang do Thu nhap va phuc ldi cho thay, bien TN5 cd he sd'tifdng quan bie'n tdng lii 0,182 < 0,3, VI vay xem xet Ioai bie'n TN5 ra khoi thang do Thu nhap va phiic ldi (Bang 2).

Thang do Diiu kien lain viec Bang 3 cho thay, neu Ioai bid'n DK5 thi thang do eo he sd' Cronbach's Alpha la p,831 > 0,796, vi vay xem xet loai bien DK5 ra khdi thang do Dieu kidn lam viec.

Thang do Khen thudng

Ke't qua phan tieh do tin cay cua thang do Khen thffdng (Bang 4) eho tha'y neu loai bid'n KT5 thi thang do eo he sd' Cronbach's Alpha la 0,76V> > 0,744 vi

vay xem xet loai bie'n KT5 ra khoi thang do Khen thffdng.

Thang do Bdn chdt cong viec Ke't qua kiem tta hd so' tin eay cua thang do Ban chat cdng viec (Bang 5) cho tha'y, he sd'tffdng quan bie'n tdng deu Icin hdn 0,3 va khdng ed bid'n nao co he so tin cay ldn hdn he so' tin cay tdng. Vi vay, thang do Ban eh^'t cdng vide dat dp tin cay va dffde dffa vao phan tich EFA chinh thii'c.
