Nghien cdu dugc thvtc hien nham phdn tich chudi gid tri hdnh tim tren dia ban thi xd Duyen Hai, tinh Trd Vinh. Dvtlieu cda nghien cdu dugc thu thdp tit 190 quan sdt, bao gom cdc tdc nhdn, nhU:
160 ndng hg, 09 thuang ldi, 04 chd vUa vd 17 tdc nhdn bdn le. Ke't qud nghien cdu chi ra rang, chudi gid tri hdnh tim tren dia bdn dugc phdn phdi thdng qua 5 kenh thi trUdng chinh. Phdn ldn sdn lugng dugc ndng ho bdn cho thuang ldi (chiem 57,67%) vd chd vUa (chiem 20,15%). Trong cdc kenh thi trUdng cd mat cda tdc nhdn ndng hg, thi day Id tdc nhdn tqo ra gid tri gia tdng va nhdn vi gid tri gia tdng thuan cao nhdt so vdi cdc tdc nhdn cdn Iqi. Ke't qud nghien ciku dUa ra mot sd chien luge ndng cdp chudi gid tri hdnh tim tren dia bdn thi xd Duyen Hdi.

Summary
The study is conducted to analyze the shallot value chain in Duyen Hai town, Tra Vinh province.
The research data are collected from 190 observations, including 160 households, 9 traders, 4 granary owners and 17 retailers. The results show that the value chain of shollet is distributed through five main market channels. Most of the output is sold to traders (57.67%) and granary owners (20.15%). In market channels having the participation of households, households generate the value added and receive the highest net value added compared to the other agents. From the findings, some strategies are developed to upgrade the shallot value chain in Duyen Hai town.

Nghien cffu nay ap dung khung ly thuyet chudi gia tri cua Kaplinsky va Morris (2001) va phffdng phap lien ket chudi gia tri cua GTZ (2007). Ben canh dd, bd cdng cu phan tich chudi gia tri cua Vd Thi Thanh Ldc va Nguyin Phu Son (2013) dffdc van dung de lam cd sd nghien cffu, phan tich, danh gia chudi gia tri.
De thuan Idi cho viec thilc hien nghien cffu va dam bao tinh khoa hgc cua ke^t qua nghien cffu, nhdm nghien cffu Iffa chgn vung nghien cffu la xa Trffdng Long Hda, Dan Thanh, Hiep Thanh, Long Hilu cua thi xa Duyen Hai.
Ben canh dd, cac sdlieu sd cap dffdc thu thap theo phffdng phap phdng van trffc tiep tffng tac nhan theo phffdng phap hen ket chudi ciia GZT (2007). Dff lieu cua nghien cffu dffdc thu thap tff 190 quan sat, bao gdm cac tac nhan, nhff: 160 ndng hg, 09 thffdng lai, 04 chii vffa va 17 tac nhan ban le. Nghien cffu dffdc thtfc hien vao giffa nam 2018.

Dieu nay cd the dffdc giai thich la do nhffng ngffdi ban le hanh tim ban tai nha dffdc bao nhieu, thi biet bay nhieu, cdn lai nhffng ngffdi ban le d chd thi hg ban kem hanh tim vdi nhieu loai ndng san khac, nhff: dau bap, hanh, he va bap cai... Vi the', neu tinh rieng mat hang hanh tim, thi ldi nhuan ciia ngffdi ban le khdng cao (Bang 1).

Cac tac nhan khi tham gia vao chudi gia tri hanh tim, cho tha'y rang, ldi nhuan bien cua toan chudi dd'i vdi 1kg hanh tim la 45.000 ddng. Trong dd, chi phi gia tang tren 1kg hanh tim la 11.234 ddng, chiem 24,96%
va Idi nhuan la 28.766 ddng tren 1kg hanh tim, chie'm 63,92%. Trong tdng chi phi gia tang cua 1kg hanh tim (11.234 ddng), thi chi phi gia tang ciia hd trdng hanh tim bd ra la nhieu nhat vdi 10.434 ddng, chiem 92,88%.
Qua Bang 2 cho tha'y, tac nhan bd It chi phi gia tang nhat tren 1kg hanh tim dd chinh la chu vila (100 ddng, chiem 0,89%). Chi phi gia tang cua hg trdng hanh tim chiem 92,88% trong tdng chi phi gia tang, nhffng ty le ldi nhuan, ma hg nhan dffdc chi chiem 50,64% trong tdng ldi nhuan thu dffdc tff 1kg hanh tim ban ra. Ngffdc lai, ty le chi phi gia tang cua chu vffa bd ra chi chiem 0,89%, nhffng ty le ldi nhuan ciia chu vffa nhan dffdc tff 1kg hanh tim ban ra len tdi 17,04%. Qua khao sat cho thay, chu vffa khdng phai la tac nhan giff vi the cao nhat trong chudi, nhffng la tac nhan hffdng ldi nhieu nhat tff chudi gia tri hanh tim.
Tac nhan hffdng ldi sau chu vffa dd chinh la cac thffdng lai, tiep dd la ngffdi ban le va cud'i cung la hd trdng hanh tim. Dieu nay la hoan toan phu hdp vdi thilc te.

Nam 2017, chi phi san xuat hanh tim ciia ndng hg trung binh la 10.434 ddng/kg, trong do chi phi dau vao (gid'ng, phan bdn, thudc bao ve thffc) chiem khoang 79,95% va chi phi tang them 20,05%. Trong chi phi tang them, chi phi thue lao dgng chiem 53,09%, chi phi lai vay chie^m 29,69% va chi phi khac (khau hao, lien lac.) chiem 17,22%.
Qua khao sat, tac gia da nghien cffu dffdc boat dgng san xuat hanh tim tff khau san xuat cho den khau tieu dung) va xuat khau dffdc the hien qua chudi gia tri theo 4 kenh phan phd'i nhff Bang 3.
Ket qua phan tich Bang 3 cho tha'y:
