Summary
Sdki diSf}ersion (SD) of curcumin was prepared in attempt to ina^ase the sdubility and dissolution. PEG 4000. PEG 6<X)0. PVPK30, Potoxamer (PLX) were diosen as earners tor preparation of curcumin SD by melt- mixing technkjue. Of tiiese all experimented formulas, ttie tjest in enhancement of ttie dis^ilutton and wlubility of curcumin was CT25 - witti cumumin: PEG 4000: PVP K30: PLX in ttie weight ratio of 1:2:3:3. Sdubility of curcumin from CT25 was mudi higher ttian from raw material (by 6.93 times), and ttie disolution after 10; 90 minutes were 70%; 96.4%, respectively On the otiier hand, evaluation by X-ray diffraction showed almost of cunxjmin in SD of CT25 being amorphous.
