1. Mo’ dSu
Phu duOng la sir gia tang lugng nitrat va phot phat trong cac thtiy virc gSy ra su tang trudng ciia cic loai thuc vat bac thap (tao, vi tao...) va tao ra nhung bien d6ng Idn trong he sinh th ^ nude, Ifoi cho chat lugng nude bi suy gifoi va 6 nhilm [1]. 2.2.1. Phucmg phdp dieu c h i vqt lifu Fe°
nano [3]
Vat li^u nZVI diroc dieu d ie bang phucmg phdp khii pha long thdng qua sir khii muoi FeS0*.7H20 bang natri borohydrat (NaBHj) khi c6 mat cua chat ph3n tin Polyacrylamid (PAA). Cu thd:
Budc 1: c a n 4g FeS04.7H20 h6a tan trong 50mL nude c it trong binh tarn giac 150 mL.
LSc hSn hpp tren may lie 20 phut vdi toe do 150 v6ng/phut dupe dungdich A.
Budc 2: c a n 0,1 g Polyacrylamid (PAA) h6a tan trong 1000 mL nude du<7c dung dich PAA c6 nong d§ 0,01%, de dung djeh nay qua dim.
Budc 3: Can 2g NaBHj hda tan trong ISmL nude cat trong binh tarn giac 100, sau dd thSm 2mL dung djeh ch& phin tdn PAA 0,01% da duoc chuan bj d budc 2 vd khuay tit trong 5 phut vdi toe do 300 v6ng/phiit, dupe dung djeh B.
Budc 4 ’ Nho tu tu dung djeh B vao binh chda dung djeh A tren may khuay cir vdi toe do nho giot khoang 5 mL/phut. K it tiia m lu den ciia Fe° nano dupe hinh thinh, su dung cac thanh nam ch§m d i tdeh Fe“ nano ra va rua sach 3-4 Ian bSng con. 2.2.2. Phucmg phdp kiim ira dde imh ciia vdt H4u B-nZVI
Sau khi lira chon dupe ede dieu kien tot nhat de dieu che v3t lieu Fe° nano, vat lieu tao
thanh dupe kiem tra dac tinh thong qua phucmg phap phan ti'ch nhilu xa tia X (XRD) tren may do nhieu xa tia X (D5005, Bruker, Due) chup anh tren kinh hien vi dien tu quyeeets (SEM, JSM-5410LV), kinh hien vi dien tu tniyen qua (TEM) va phan ti'ch dien tich b l mat riSng theo phuong phap Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET) tren may BET Micrometries Gemini VO.

- Khdo sat anh hu&ng cua th&i gian Hut 50mL dung dich nitrat c6 nong dp 50 mg N-NOa'/L vao 4 binh tarn giac cd dung tich 100 mL, dieu chinh v l pH 2. Cin chi'nh xdc 0,05g Fe® nano (tuong ung ty IS Fe° nano/ dung dich can xu ly la 1 g/L) cho Ian lupt vao 4 binh tarn giac trSn. Ldc tren may lac vdi tdc dp 250 vdng/phiit trong c^c khoang thdi gian khde nhau la: 10, 20, 40 va 60 phut. Ly tarn Vdi tdc dp 2.500 vdng/phiit de gpi lay phSn dung djeh.
Xdc djnh nong dp nitrat trong dung djeh sau phan ling bang phucmg phdp so mau quang dien tai budc song X = 430nm.

Hut 50 mL dung dich nitrat cd ndng dd 50 mg N-NO3 /L vao 4 binh tam gidc cd dung ti'ch 100 mL. Dieu chinh gia tri pH cua cac dung dich trong binh tam giac ve 2, 4, 6 va 8 bang

B6 sung vao m6i binh lam giac tren 0,05g Fe°
nano (tirong ijmg ty le Fe® nano/ dung djch can xii ly la 1 g/L). L ie tren mdy 15c voi t6c dp 250 v6ng/phut trong thoi gian 40 phiit. Ly tim voi l6c do 2.500 vong/phut de gan lay phan dung djch. Xac djnh nong dp nitrai trong dung djch sau phan ung.

Hut lin lupt 50mL dung djch nitrat c6 cac nong dp 30, 40, 50, 60 v5 70 mg N-NOj’/L vao 5 binh tam gidc c6 dung tfch 100 mL. C5n chinh xac 0,05g Fe° nano (tuong ung ty le Fe®

Research and Application o f Nano Zero Valent Iron (nZVI) Materials for the Removal of Aqueous Nitrate

In this paper, the objectives were: synthesis of nZVI material using liquit- phase reduction method by borohydride (NaBIi,); its appheation to remove nitrate contaminant and the various fators affect nitrate removal efficiency as pH, time and initial P concentration.
CharactenzatiODS o f B-nZVI were determined by X-ray diffraction method (XRD); Brunauer Emmett Teller method (BET); scanning electron microscopy method (SEM). Concentration of nitrate in solutions were measured by spectrophotometer scanning method (A. = 430nm). XPD results showed that nZVI material is relatively homogeneous, with a peak of Fe” (29 = 44.7). The specific surface area of nZVI was 60m’/g, its diameter was 10 - 18.6 nm. The nZVI was efficient in removing nitrate from aqueous solution containing 30 mg/L of nitrate, where 98.9% nitrate was removed within 40 minutes at pH 2 and the ratio of 1 g/L (m:v).
