Employing quantitative method, this study carries out a survey of 330 students who have been pursuing master's degree at Saigon University. The result points out 5 factors affecting the satisfaction of master's students: Knowledge value, Service value. Emotional value.
Monetary value, and Social value. From this finding, a number of governance implications are proposed lo assist Saigon University in developing policies to achieve the goal of improving the quality of postgraduate education so as to improve the satisfaction of its present and future students.
