Summary

This sludy was conducted to identify factors influencing Hanoi residents' choice of public transport bus services. The outcome identifies 9 factors divided into two groups that affect their choice of public transport bus services, including (i) demo graphic factors such as Number of family members using bus. Age. Income, Average travel distance and Occupation; (ii) qualitative factors such as Bus attractiveness. Subjective standards. Environmental awareness and Attraction of personal vehicles.
