Abstract: Currently Mastic materials with various advantages has gradually replaced the old manual methods. However, due to lack of norms for the testing main specifications of this material, the cost estimation of this task has been facing obstacles.
This study establishes norms for main standard specifications for Mastic sealings (hot-applied). In order to collect data for the study, the research team conducted a field sun/ey at the Road Transport Laboratory N°1 belonging to the Institute of Transportation Science and Technology. The results of the study have determined the consumption norms for materials, labor and construction machines for Mastic test specifications.
Keywords: Mastic insertion slots, test benches, pavement slot inserts, major gauges and Mastic materials.

I. TdNG QUAN
1.1. SLF c a n thiet xay d\j/ng d i n h mOpc
Cac khe eo, gian tren mat d u d n g bd tdng xi mang (BTXM) theo phuang phdp cu t h u d n g d u p e chen c h | t bang ddy vai, spi day tam nhya d u d n g nham tgo dd bang phang vd ehong t h i m nude x u i n g mdng n i n , giam nut v d cgnh cac t i m BTXM. Phuang phap Chen khe ndy kdm hidu qua do thdi gian s u dung thap, thi cdng va bdo d u d n g khd khan.
Den nay, vat li$u Mastic chen khe da dan thay t h l cho phuang phdp eu nhung qua trinh s d dung v i n chua cd tieu chuan thf nghidm v l cdc chi tieu cua loai vdt lieu Mastic chdn khe nay Vi vdy, de Idm ca s d xdc i^nh chi phf, t i n g mdc d i u t u cua d y an dau t u xdy dyng cdng Wnh thi viee nghien cdu xay dyng "dinh mdc thi nghigm eho cac chi tieu cua vdt lieu Mastic chen khe, nit ndng cho mat dudng BTXM" la h i t sue c i n t h i l t va phu hyp vdi Nghj djnh 112/2009/ND-CP ngdy 14/12/2009 cua Chinh phD ve quan 1^ chi phi dau t u xay dyng cdng frinh.

1.2. Khai n i ^ m
Vdt lieu Mastic chen khe Id mdt hon hpp eac vat lieu thanh phan d l tgo ra mdt hyp chat ed tfnh dan hoi va k i t dinh, cd kha nang chen khe va trdm, va cae v l t nut trong mat dudng BTXM n h l m chong lal s y xam nhgp ciia n u d c va tgp c h i t trong qud trinh co gian do thay doi nhi^t dp, khdng bj chay ra t d khe co gian hogc bj bdm vdo bdnh xe d nhiet dp mdi trudng.
Vgt ligu Mastic chen khe phai cd dg quanh dong d i u khi thi cdng de ed t h l lap d i y cac khe co gian va khdng gdy h u hgi cho chinh nd.
Vgt lieu nay phai duy tri cdc dac tfnh thi cdng khdng thay d i l ft nhat trong 6 gid d pham vi nhigt dd thi edng d u y c khuyen cao.

II. PHU'ONG PHAP NGHigN CLFU 2 . 1 . Lira chpn m a u thi nghiem vd d e n vj thi nghiem

Hien nay cd rat nhieu loai Mastic d u p c s u dung rgng rai tren thj trudng n h u Mastic Crack Master 1190 do My san x u l t . Mastic MTBC-95, VICTA-BS do Viet Nam sdn x u l t . Theo gidi thigu cua nha san x u l t thi cdc logi Mastic nay ve co ban d i u ed cde dge tinh ky thugt t u o n g t y nhau. ddp dng cde tieu c h u i n do Hidp hgi vgt lieu vd thf nghidm My dua ra (ASTM). Qua qua trinh nghien cdu cac thdng tin, tdi lieu thu thdp d u y c va lam vide true t i l p vdi eac don vj thl nghigm, nhdm nghien edu nhdn t h i y logi Mastic Crack Master 1190 va ViCTA-BS dwgc cung d p vd s u dung r i t pho b i l n khi thi cdng cho mgt d u d n g d td vd san bay. Ngoai ra, trong qud trinh t h y c hien thi nghigm, nhdm nghidn cuu d u y c b i l t logi Mastic FEBA mdi d u p c eung cap tren thj trudng nhung da d u p c nhieu dan vj s u dung. Tren c o s d dd, nhdm nghien cuu d l x u l t l y a ehpn logi Mastic Crack Master 1190, VICTA-BS vd FEBA d l lam mau thi nghiem.

2.2. L y a c h o n cac c h i tieu t h i n g h i e m va p h u v n g phap t h i n g h i e m
2.2.1 Ltfa chgn cdc chi tieu thi nghiem ehinh
Theo Quyet djnh so 3 2 3 0 / 0 0 - BGTVT ngdy 14/12/2012 ciia Bg trudng BO GTVT quy djnh tgm thdi ve t h i l t k l mat d u d n g BTXM thdng thudng cd khe n l i trong xay dung cdng trinh giao thdng.

Do vgy, 3 chi tidu chfnh duyc lya ehpn d l t h y c hign xay dyng dinh muc Id Dd kim liin; Ty le khoi phyc ddn hoi va Dp chay.
2.2.2. Lwa ehgn cdc chi tidu fft/
nghigm khic
Ngoai cac chi tidu ehfnh, cdng tac thi nghigm ddi vdi vat lieu Mastic chen khe ed the yeu cau them mpt s l chitieu phu nhu d i l m hoa mem, nhigt dp toi da khi thi cdng, dg tham nude, k h l i l u y n g ridng v.v...
Sau khi tham khao tal lieu do cdc phdng thi nghiem cung cap, nhom nghidn cdu nhgn thay hai chi tieu Id d i l m hoa m i m va khoi lucrng rieng d u p c cac don vj yeu cau thi nghigm p h i b i l n nhat. Ngodi ra, tham khao TCVN 9974:2013 v^
yeu eau ky thudt doi vdi vgt li^u chen khe, rdt ndng, dung cho mdi d u d n g BTXM thi chitieu d i l m hoa mem Id mdt trong so nhung chi tieu theo yeu c l u ky thugt quan trpng ciia logi vat ligu nay.
2.2.3. Ltfa chgn phwang phap thi nghidm
Doi vdi cac chi tidu chfnh, cd hai phuang phdp thi nghiem thudng d u y c ap dung la thi nghi|m theo Tieu chuan Vigt Nam TCVN 9973:2013 (phuang phap thi nghi&m cho vat Iidu chen khe, rdt ndng, dung eho mat dudng BTXM) hay diing phuang phap t h u hai la t h u nghidm theo "fieu chuan ASTM D5329 - 07 cOa Hiep hOi t h u nghigm vd vgt ll§u My. Hai phuang phdp nay ve co ban cd ndi dung t u o n g t y nhau.

Ngoai ra, trong Q u y l t djnh s l 3230, p h u o n g phap t h u duigc ydu c l u theo Tieu c h u i n ASTM 3407.
Tleu c h u i n nay da h i t higu lyc va duyc thu hoi, thay t h l bang Tieu chuin ASTM D5329. Tren co s d dd, nhdm nghidn edu d l x u l t dp dyng phuong phap thl nghigm theo tieu chuan ASTM D5329 cho edng tde xay d y n g djnh muc thf nghigm cdc chi tieu cho Mastic chen khe, rdt ndng cho d u d n g BTXM.
Dol vdi hai chi tieu la khoi lupng ridng va diem hod m i m d u p e ap dyng theo phuong phap thf nghigm cho nhya d u d n g TCVN 7501:2005 va 7497:2005.
2.3. Npi dung cac chi tieu thi nghidm
Dfi cdn IOn: Dg cdn liin Id ehi tieu xac dlnh dg ehgt cCia vdt ligu, Dg chgt duye t h l hign qua tn s6 lUn cija cdn xuyen, gia tri ndy cdng cao thi dg ehat cdng gidm.
Bg khdi pht^c din hoi: Chi tleu nay xdc djnh kha nang loai bd sdc khang nen t u b l mat. Id chuc nang quan trgng cua vgt ligu Mastic.
Dp chdy deo & df^C: Chi tieu nay xac djnh kha nang c h l n g Igl dg luu dpng Clia v l t n i l va nut eua vgt lieu Mastic khi d nhi$t dg mdi tn/dng xung quanh cao.
Diem hoi mem: La ehi tidu d u y c su dyng d l xac djnh tinh dong nhat Clia vat lldu vd cdnh bdo khd nang chdy eiia vat ligu khi nhiet dp tang.

- Hao phi nhdn cdng: Tinh theo s l ligu khao sat t h y c t l ve so l u y n g nhdn cdng, thdi gian lao ddng de hodn thdnh tdng b u d c cdng viee trong quy trinh thf nghigm, c6 tham khao cac quy djnh v l s u dyng lao dgng;
- Hao phi miy mdc thiit bj thi nghigm: Tinh todn theo s l lieu khao sdt v l s l l u y n g may, nang s u i t Clia tung loai may, thdi gian s u dung may va ed tham khao cdc quy djnh v l nang s u i t ky thugt cua mdy.
