Ndng dp triglyceride d benh nhan vay nen eao hdn ngudi binh t h u d n g (p =0,02).
Ndng dp HDL d benh nhan vay nen thap hon ngudi binh t h u d n g (p =0,001).
Khdng cd sU khae biet ve ndng d p cholesterol TP, LDL.

V. KET LUAN
- Qua nghien cdu c h u n g tdi t h l ' y cd sU t a n g ndng dp triglycerid va giam HDL tren benh n h i n vl'y nen.
Khdng ed su khac biet ve ndng d p cholesterol toan phan, LDL.
- Khdng thay m d i t u o n g quan gida nong dp lipid m i u cua b e n h nhan v l y nen vdi cae yeu to n g u y c o , t h d i gian bj b e n h .
- Cd m d i lien quan vdi t a n g LDL vdi dp nang eCia b e n h .

SUMMARY
THE LIPID PROFILE IN PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS AT HOSPITAL OF DERMATO-VENEROLOGY IN HO CHI MINH CITY
Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis which affects more than 2% of the population. This disease may be associated with an increased morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular events, metabolic syndrome, serum lipid abnormalities, etc. This study takes part in evaluating the lipid profiles in patients with psoriasis in Dermatology hospital in HCM city, which helps t o diagnosis and treat hyperlipidaemia early in patients w i t h psoriasis t o prevent the atherosclerosis.
Objective:To compare the lipid profiles in psoriatic patients w i t h non-affected individuals, to find correlation w i t h risk factors, induration and severity.
Method: Performing a analyzed cross-sectional study in 50 psoriatic patients and 50 healthy people.
Results: The serum triglyceride was significantly higher (p =0.02), and serum HDL was significantly lower in patients w i t h psoriasis (p = 0,001, respectively).
The serum cholesterol and LDL of psoriatic patients were not significantly different from those of healthy people.
There were no significant correlation between the lipid profiles and risk factors, and induration in psoriatic patients.
The correlation b e t w e e n LDL and PASI were significant (p = 0.02).
Conclusion: It is necessary t o do creening and treatment o f hyperiipidaemia early in patients with psoriasis to prevent t h e atherosclerosis and its complications.
