As the model of mice bearing human cancer tumor is very necessary for researching efficacy of anticancer drugs, first time in Vietnam, a model of T-cell deficient mice bearing human prostate cancer tumor established for the first time in
Vietnam. In this way, mice were injected with antinuclear antibody conjugating radioactive iodine and concentration of antinuclear antibody conjugating radioactive iodine in tumor was estimated. The findings proved the antinuclear antibody conjugating radioactive iodine appeared in the tumor just only one hour after the injection and remained there up to 72th hour.

Chiit cao chiit giau flavonoid bing dung mdi node
Duac lidu (Id diep cd khd) dugc xay den dang bdt thd vd cho vdo binh inox rdi thdm vdo binh chiit 15 the tich nude, dun ndng vd gitr hdn hgp d gin nhidt dd sdi cua nude trong 2 gid, thinh thoang khuiy deu, sau dd gan liy djch chiit. Thdm vdo bd duac lieu 8 the tich nude vd chiit tiip cho tdi khi djch chiit cho mdu rit nhat vdi FeCI3. G0p chung cdc djch chiet, Ipc
qua bdng. Loai tap vd cd trdn bep cdch thuy tdi dang cao ddc, thu dugc cao chiit nude cua diep cd, ky hidu DLDC-N-TH.
Chiit cao chiit giiu flavonoid bing dung mdi cdn
Dugc lidu (Id diip cd) dugc xay den dgng bdt thd, dugc Idm am bdng cdn 95%, rdi cho vdo binh ngam kidt. Nap cdn 95% vdo binh ngam kidt, vd ngdm trong 24 gid. Sau dd, nit djch chiit cho den khi djch chiet cdn chi cdn phan ung rit yeu vdi FeCI3. G0P cdc djch chiit, loai tap vd cd thu hdi dung mdi tdi dang cao ddc, thu dugc cao chiet cdn diep cd, ky hidu DLDC-E-TH.
Djnh tinh flavonoid trong cao chiet Flavonoid trong cdc cao chiet dugc djnh tinh bdng phan ung cyanidin vdi Mg/HCI 1 5 1 vd phuang phdp sdc ky Idp mdng vdi thudc hidn mdu Id FeCI3/EtOH.

Tai thd dugc cd Idp theo phuang phdp Kravkov. Truyen dung djch Ringer khdng pha hodc cd pha DLDC-N-TH vd DLDC-E-TH theo 3 ndng dd khdc nhau d dd cao 100 cm vdo ddng mach gifta tai thd.
Cdc ndng dd miu nghidn cuu:
- Lieu 1: Ndng dd 1,8%. Ddy Id ndng dd trong mdu thd udc lugng cd tdc dyng tuang duang vdi ndng dp trong mdu ngudi d liiu udng 30g duac lidu/ngudi/ngdy (gid su thudc hip thu hodn todn).
- Lieu 2: ndng dd 0,9% (bdng 1/2 liiu 1).
- Lieu 3: ndng dd 0,45% (bdng 1/4 liiu 1).
Dim sd gipt dung djch chay ra d 2 tTnh mach ria tai thd trong thdi gian 1 phut trudc vd sau khi dung miu nghidn cuu. Neu sd gipt chay ra d 2 tTnh mach ria tai tdng, chung td mach gidn, ho$c nguac lai, neu sd gipt giam chung td mach co.
- Tdc dung cua DLDC-N-TH vd DLDC-E-TH trdn ca tran thdnh rudt cd Idp.
Rudt thd dugc cd Idp theo phuang phdp Magnus, nudi trong dung djch Tyrod.
Ghi nhu ddng rudt binh thudng vd nhu ddng rudt thd sau khi pha cao DLDC-N-TH ho$c DLDC-E-TH vdo dung dich Tyrod vdi 3 ndng dd khdc nhau (nhu nghidn cuu trdn tai thd cd Idp).

Chudt nhit tring duac chia ngau nhidn thdnh 4 Id, moi Id 10 con:
Ld 1: uong DLDC-N-TH lidu 7,2g dugc lidu/kg/ngdy; (lieu cd tdc dung tuang duang trdn ngudi, tinh theo hd so 12)
Ld 2: uong DLDC-N-TH lieu 14,4g duac lidu/kg/ngdy (gap 2 lan lidu Id 1);
Ld 3: uong DLDC-E-TH lieu 7,2g duac lidu/kg/ngdy; (lidu cd tdc dung tuang duang trdn ngudi, tinh theo hd so 12)
Ld 4: uong DLDC-E-TH lieu 14,4g duac lidu/kg/ngdy (gap 2 lan lieu Id 3).
Do thdi gian chay mdu vd ddng mdu binh thudng cua chudt trudc khi cho udng cdc miu nghidn cuu bing cdch cdt dudi chudt mdt doan ddi khoang 1mm, nhd 2 gipt mdu vdo lam kinh de tinh thdi gian ddng mdu. Sau dd nhung dudi chudt vdo nude i m 37°C. Theo ddi thdi gian tu khi cit dudi chudt tdi khi mdu d dudi chudt ngung chay (thdi gian chay mdu). Sau dd cho chudt udng mdu nghidn ciru trong 7 ngdy lien.
Ngdy cudi ciing, sau udng DLDC-N-TH vd DLDC-E-TH 1 gid, do lai thdi gian mdu chay vd mdu ddng nhu trdn. So sdnh thdi gian chay mdu vd ddng mdu trudc vd sau khi dung mau nghidn ciru bing test trudc - sau.

Tidu chuin cua mdt loai thuoc diiu trj bdnh trT tot phai cd cdc tdc dyng sau:
- Trdn rudt: Idm co ca, tdng truang Igc ca thdnh rudt, giam nhu ddng, kdo duac bui trT trd ve.
- Ldm co mach, tdng s6 luang tiiu ciu, rut ngdn thdi gian chay mdu, Idm cim mdu. Kit qua nghidn cuu trdn cho thiy:
- Miu nghidn cuu DLDC-N-TH chiet xuit bdng dung mdi nude cd tdc dung tot Idm co ca rudt manh (tdng truang Igc ca thdnh rudt, giam nhu ddng rudt) vd Idm tdng so luang tiiu ciu nhung lai Idm kdo ddi thdi gian mdu chay vd thdi gian mdu ddng, cd le lidn quan den tdc dung Idm gidn mach cua thuoc thu d cdc ndng dd < 0,9%.
- Miu DLDC-E-TH Id mdu chiet xuit bdng dung mdi cdn cd tdc dung Idm tdng rd rdt sd lugng tiiu ciu, rut ngdn thdi gian mdu chay vd thdi gian mdu ddng khi cho ddng vdt udng.
Ridng tdc dung trdn ca quan cd Idp (tai vd rupt), nhu trdn da phdn tich, khdng phan dnh chinh xdc tdc dung cua thudc vi chua the hidn duac tdc dung cua thdnh phin khdng tan trong nude cd trong mdu thudc thu, ndn kit qua khdng chinh xdc nhu khi cho ddng vdt udng, thudc dugc hip thu qua dudng tidu hda. VI vdy, cd thi thdnh phin khdng tan trong nude cua mau DLDC-E-TH Id thdnh phin chinh cd tdc dung dieu trj bdnh tri.

The effects of the total flavonoids extracted with ethanol (DLDC-E-TH) and water (DLDC-N- TH) from Vietnamese Houttuynia cordata Thunb. on the smooth muscle contraction and blood coagulation-hemostasis were screened for treatment of hemorrhoid. Experimental studies
were carried out on in situ and isolated organs of mouse and rabbit. The ethanolic extracts were better effective than aqueous extracts on both contraction of smooth muscle and the blood coagulation-hemostasis.
