TOM TAT: Bai bao trinh bay nhung nghien cuu thuc nghiem xac dmh anh hudng cua ham luQng sQi polypropylen (PP) den dgc tinh co ngot cda be tong x( mang. Cot spi PP khi them vao be tong se ng§n ngUa su hinh thanh vet nut, tang cuong do d^o dai va kha nang hap thu nang luong Ham lupng cot spi sd dung trong nghien cuu dao dpng td 0 den 0,5% theo the tich cua hon hpp be tong, Ket q u i nghien cuu cho thay, vi§c bo sung cot spi da lam giam dang ke co ngot cda be tong xi mang.

ABSTRACT: This paper presents empirical research to determine the effect pf polypropylene (PP) fiber content on shrinkage properties of cement concrete PP Fiber will prevent crack formation, increase toughness and absorb energy.

The fiber content used in this research ranged from 0 to 0.5% by volume of the concrete mix Research results show that fiber reinforcement significantly reduces shrinkage of cement concrete.

The higher the fiber content, the less the shrinkage of the concrete Significant reduction of shrinkage of PP reinforced cpncrete will increase lifetime of PP concrete structure

2. CAC LOAI CO N G 6 T TRONG B £ T 6 N G Be tdng cd 4 loai eo ngdt la: Co ngot dec, co ngdt t u sinh, CO ngdt carbonat va eo ngdt khd. Co ngot deo lien quan den sU mat dd am cua be tong mdi do, van d trang thai deo, dang hinh thanh cau true va ehua chju lUc. Co ngdt carbonat la do phan dng hda hoe cua cle san pham trong q u i trinh hydrat hda xi mang vdi carbon dioxit ed trong khdng khi. Co ngdt tU sinh la do phan Ung hda hpe xay ra do suthuy hda eua cac hat xi mang. Co ngdt tusinh phu thude chu yeu vao thanh phan cua be tdng. Co ngdt khd xay ra khi nude bi bay hoi ra ngoai be mat be tdng.

Co ngdt kho phy thupe vao tuoi bat dau say khd va cac thdng so ben ngoai nhu dp I'm tUdng doi v l kich thude mau thCf.

Ham luong soi PP dUOc lua chon dUa theo hai tieu chi la tinh kinh te va hieu q u i dat duac. Ham luong spi PP sCf dyng trong nghien edu nay dUpc lUa chon theo i^ \^iii 0 - 0.5% theo the tich theo kinh nghiem cua cac nghien cUu da thue hien [2,4,7,8].

3.3. Qua trinh tron va chS tao m l u thi nghiem Lan luot do da nghien, soi PP va cat vao trong mIy tron. Sau khi khuay tron khoang hai phut, spi PP se phan tin hoan toan, sau do them xi mang, nUde va khuay tron blnh thudng. Qua trinh che tao mau thdva bao dudng duacti^n hanh tuong t u nhu be tdng xi mang thong thudng.

Boi vdi CO ngdt tU sinh, bien dang eo ngdt khi tang ham luong soi PP t d 0.1% den 0.5% la g i l m t d 5% den 19%.

Dot vdi eo ngdt tong cong, khi tang ham luong cot soi PP t d 0.1% den 0.5% thi bien dang co ngdt tuong Ung g i l m t d 14% den 26%.

5. KET LUAN

TCr ele ket qua thue nghiem trong nghien edu nay, cac ket luan va kien nghi sau eo the duac rut ra;

- Bien dang eo ngdt eua be tong xi mang va be tdng edt spi PPIdn nhat trong 3 ngay dau sau khi e h e t a o v l t y 1& CO ngdt g i l m dan theo thdi gian;

- Co ngdt tong cdng, co ngdt tU sinh va co ngdt khd cua b^ tong cot soi PP thap hon dang ke so vdi be tdng xi mang thdng thudng;

- Do g i l m bien dang eo ngdt phu thuoc vao ham luong soi them vao. Khi tang lam lUOng sOt tdO.1% den 0.5% thi dp giam eo ngdt tuong dng gilm, mdc cao nhat ddi vdi be tdng cot soi PP 5% la g i l m duoe 30% co ngdt kho so vdi be tdng xi mang thudng.
