SITUATION AND FEATURES OF CONTACT DERMATITIS AT THE NATIONAL HOSPITAL OF DERMATOLOGY AND VENEREOLOGY

Objectives: To investigate the situations and features of contact dermatitis (CD) at the National Hospital of Dermatology and venereology (NHDV). Method; a cross - sectional study based on data of 27,835 patients with CD who were examined and treated at the N H D V from 01/2007 to 12/2009. Results: In 3 years, there were 27,835 patients with CD, accounting for 5.6 % of patients with skin disease. Allergic edntact dermatitis (ACD) was more common than irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) (66% ACD versus 34%

ICD). The disease was more frequent in women than men (63.7% women and 36.3% men). It was 85.4%

of patients from 1 6 to 60 years old, 37.2% of patients was housewife and 2 7 . 4 % of them was student.

There was 4 . 3 % of patients contact with metal, 1.5 % df patients ecntact with cosmetic products, 1.4% of patients contact with chemical substances and 1.4% of patients contact with drugs. However, the cause of ACD in 90.5% of patients was unknown. For the ICD: 50.3% of patients contact w i t h insects (paederus).

and the cause of ICD in 4 8 % patients was not determinated. Conclusions: Contact dermatitis is a common cutaneous pathology, accounting for 5.6% of patients with skin disease check up at the N H D V , in which ACD was more frequent than ICD. The women-were more affected than men. It was prominent in patients from 16 to 60 years old (85.4%). Housewife and student were mainly affected. The cause of CD in almost all of patients was not determinated.

Doi tugng va phuang phap nghien cdu: 16 benh nhan (7 nam, 9 nif) da difgc phau thuat tao hlnb day chang cheo trifdc khdp gd'i bing manh ghep gin Aehille dong loai tai benh vien Viet Ddc trong thdi gian td thing 7/2008 din thing 10/2009. Kit qua: Khdng cd benh nhan nio cd bleu hien nhiim trung, thai ghep hoac lay truyin benh truyen nhiim. Chifc nang khdp gdi ddac cai thien rd ret vdi ket qua ra't tdt la 2/16 (12,5%o), ket qua tdt la 11/16 (68,75%,), kit qua khi la 3/16 (18,75%o) va khdng ed ket qua kem. Kit luan: Ket qua bade dau eho thiy manh ghep dong loai cd thi sd dung eho phiu thuit tao hlnb day chang cheo tnfdc khdp gdi vdi kit qua tdt.

I. DATVAN DE

Phlu thuat tao hinh day chang eheo trflde khdp gdi (DCCT) da trd t h i n h p h l u thuat thfldng quy tai mdt sd trung tam ehan thflpng chinh hinh trong ca nflde. Chat lieu sfl dung eho tad hinh chu yeu IA m l n h ghep tfl than: gan banh che, gan Hai-nstring( gan ban gan vA gan cP thon). 1. Mo ta dac diim lam sang va cong htfdng ttf cua benb nhan dtft day chang cheo trtfdc

khdp gdi.

2. Nhan xet kit qua phiu thuat tao hinh DCCT bang manh ghep gan Aehille ddng loai, bao quan lanh sau tai benh vien Viet Dtfc.

IV. BAN LUAN

1. Dac diem lam sang va cong hudng tCf

Trong thdi gian tfl thang 7/2008 de'n t h i n g 10/2009, tai benh vien Viet Dflc ehung tdi da md cho 16 trfldng hdp tdn thfldng DCCT bang m l n h ghep gan Aehille ddng loai bao quan lanh sau.

Da sd cfee benh nhan nam trong Ida tudi cd nhu eau boat ddng eao vdi tudi trung binh la 32.

Tuy nhien khi tham k h l m b i n g nghiem phap ehuyen true, chi cd 15/16 benh nhan dflpng tfnh (bang 1), mae du thfldng tdn dflt day ehang hoan toAn, dieu nay cd the giai thfch dflpc la do tham kham bang nghiem p h l p ehuyen true, ddi hdi sfl phdi hdp r i t tdt eua benh nhan mdi thflc hien dfldc. Tae g i l Dang HdAng Anh cung ed nhan xet tfldng tfl khi ty le dfldng tinh cua nghiem phap ehuyen true IA 9 3 , 6 % [3]. .

2. Ket qua dieu trj

Thdi gian p h l u thuat trung binh la 50,1 phut (bang 2). V. KET LUAN

Qua nghien cdu tren 16 benh nhan dflpe p h l u thuat tao hinh day ehang eheo trflde khdp gdi bang m l n h ghep gan Aehille ddng loai bao quan lanh sau ehung tdi thay rang:

+ Cae trieu ehdng lam sang va can lam sang cua benh nhan dien hinh vdi trieu chdng Idng gdi rd; dau hieu ngan keo trflde 100%, dau hieu Laehman 100%, nghiem phap ehuyen true 93,75% (15/16 benh nhan). Tdn thfldng day

chang cheo trflde ddn thuan chiem 25%, tdn thflpng phdi hpp vdi raeh sun chem chiem 75%.

Summary

ALLOGRAFT ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT RECONSTRUCTION WITH CRYOPRESERVED ACHILLE TENDON

We introduce the prelimitary result df allograft ACL reconstruction with eryopreserved Aehille tendon in Viet Due Hospital. Objective: (1) Describe the clinical and MRI characters patients suffer from ACL rupture; (2) Evaluate the result of ACL reconstruction with allograft Aehille tendon. Methods: 16 patients (7 males, 9 females) were done ACL reconstruction with allograft Aehille tendon from July 2008 to October 2009. Results: No patients suffer from infection, graft rejection or transmitted diseases. Knee function is improved clearly with excellent result is 2/16 (12.5%), good result is 11/16 (68.75%) moderate result is 3/16 (18.75%) and no bad result. Conclusion: The allograft Aehille tendon can be used fcr ACL reconstruction with good result.
