ABSTRACT: The job of estimating activity durations for construction projects decides the quality and feasibility of project schedule for construction work.

Results from a survey on the methods of activity duration estimation applied by contractors in Vietnam show a variety of approaches to this job. This paper articulates significant issues in

this practice and proposes several solutions solving issues.

Phuong phap nay thich hop ap dung cho cae eong viec co tinh chat don gian hoac trong trudng hop cae thdng tin chl tiet ve cdng viec khdng day dii.
