Ldy mSu trudc vd sau khi rira 6 gid de phdn tich cdc chi tiSu E.coli, Salmonella, t6ng s6 vi khudn hiiu khi, coliform.

Ket qud nghidn curu cho thdy phuang phdp nia chuong bdng dung dich NaOH cd hi^u qud hon so vdi cdc dung djch khdc, ldm gidm s l lugng vi khudn: E.coli (44,3 - 64.3 lan); Salmonella^ tdng sl vi khudn hieu khi (37.2 - 55.8 ldn); coliform (37,8 - 50,6 ldn) so vdi nia chuong bdng nude thudng, nude xd phdng vd nude vdi 15%.

SUMMARY

in order to evaluate the effect of cleaning organic matters before disinfection In pigsty (floors, walls and boots), an experiment was carried out at the fatterning pigsties of Thuy Phuong Pig Research Centre (after emptying the pigsties) from May to November 2011. Four experimental lots were tested with different cleaning substances. In the 1 " experimental lot, the pigsties were cleaned by water. Soapy solution was used for cleaning in the 2'^ experimental lot. Lime solution with concentration of 15% was used for cleaning In the 3"' experimental lot and NaOH solution was used in the 4th experimental lot. Samples collected before and after cleaning 6 hours were tested for E.coli, Salmonella, total aerobic microorganism, coliform.

Studied results showed that using NaOH solution to clean the pigsty was more effective than other cleaning solutions. NaOH solution reduced a number of bacteria; Eco//(44.3-64.3 times);

Salmonella; total aerobic microorganism (37.2-55.8 times); coliform (37.8-50.6 times) compared to water, soapy solution and lime solution (with concentration of 15 %).

Trong nhftng ndm gdn ddy, ngdnh chdn nudi nude ta tdng trudng binh quan d^t 7-8%/ndm.

Tinh rieng trong chdn nudi lgn, ty I? tdng hdng ndm giai do^n 2005 - 2010 tir 3,0 din 4,4%/ndm.

Ndm 2010, cd nude cd 27.373.200 con Ign, trong do phdn bd dan lgn d ddng bdng sdng Hdng nhilu nhdt (6.946.500 con). Vdi s l ddu con ngdy cdng Idn thi chdn nudi lgn theo qui md trang tr?i vd gia trai cung dang phdt triln nhanh vdi khodng 2500 trang trgi chdn nudi lgn (Cyc Chdn nudi, 2011). Nhu vdy sd ddu Ign ngdy m^t tdng vd di Cling vdi nd Id tinh hinh djch b?nh d mpt so dja phuang cung cd nhiing diln biln phiic t^p.

Dich b?nh xdy ra Id do 3 khau: Nguin b§nh, cdc nhan td trung gian truyin b§nh vd dpng vdt cdm thy. Thilu m^t trong 3 khdu hodc thilu sy lien h? gi&a 3 khdu dd thi djch khdng xdy ra dupe. Tren ca sd dd vi?c xod bd mOt hodc nhilu khdu hodc cdt diit lien h? gifta 2 khau trong qud trinh sinh djch chinh Id thyc hifin tot, c6 khoa hpc cdng tdc v? sinh ti6u dOc chudng nudi va mdi trudng xung quanh. Day Id khau rdt quan trpng trong cdng tdc phdng b?nh cho lgn (Linton vdcpngsu, 1987).

Thuc hien khii trimg chudng trai ma khdng ve sinh sach se chi lam lang phi tien ciia, trai lai, neu cdng tac v? sinh dugc th\rc hi?n tdt se nang cao khd ndng tdng trudng ciia Ign cung nhu dem lai nhieu Igi ich khdc.

Ddnh gid hi^u qud cdc chat tdy nia (nude , xd phdng. nude vdi 10 - 20%, dung djch NaOH 2% trudc khi sdt tning nin chuong, vdch ngdn vd dyng cy.

IV. K ^ T L U A N V A D E N G H J - Phuong phdp nia chudng bdng dung djch NaOH Idm giam mgt sd vi khudn E.coli (44,3 - 64,3 ldn); Salmonella; tdng s6 VKHK (37,2 - 55,8 ldn); coliform (37,8 - 50,6 ldn) nhilu hon so vdi nia chu6ng bdng nudc s^ch, xd phdng vd nudc vdi 15%.

Tiip tyc nghien ciiu cdc bi^n phdp riia chudng bdng cdc chdt sdt trung vd cdc bi^n p h ^ phun sdt trimg khdc sau khi ldm s^ch chdt hihi co t^i chudng Ign.
