Correction to

Lancet Public Health 2017; 2: e175–81

Venkataramani AS, Shah SJ, O’Brien R, Kawachi I, Tsai AC. Health consequences of the US Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration programme: a quasi-experimental study. Lancet Public Health 2017;

2: e175–81—In this Article and its appendix, the mental health measure was mistakenly labelled as the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), a screening tool for depression, instead of the Kessler 6 (K6) scale, which measures general psychological distress. All instances of the term

“depression” have been changed to “psychological distress” and all instances of the terms “Patient health questionnaire-9” or “PHQ-9” have been changed to “Kessler 6 screening scale” or “K6”, as appropriate. In line with these changes, data have been updated for the adjusted odds ratio of moderate psychological distress (previously moderate-to-severe depression) in the Findings section and in the third sentence of the third paragraph of the Results section; the sixth row of table 1; the fifth column of table 2; and the fifth column of table 3. Further modifications have been made to the second paragraph of the Exposures and outcomes section to describe the binary outcome using the Kessler 6 screening scale. Reference 30 has been replaced with two new references numbered 30 and 31, and subsequent references have been renumbered accordingly. The appendix has been replaced with corrected version. Additionally, the third sentence of the third paragraph of the Statistical analyses has been corrected to read “Among self-reported non- citizens, 60% of individuals are estimated to be undocumented.” The correction has been made online as of April 6, 2017.
