—The role of the funding source has been corrected. The statement now reads: “The funders of the study had no role in study design, data collection, data analysis, data interpretation, or writing of the report. RPM, PJC, AA, and MW had access to the raw data.
RPM had full access to all the data and had final responsibility for the decision to submit for publication.”
