Construction field has many special condition. It has influented from many risks such as weather, environment, prices... or subjective risks: ability of ower and constructors.... one project has many potential risks not only outside but also inside the project. So, the construction project has not finished correctly the schedule, it made waste and low effect for the project. So that, risk management is very important and immediately. But the attention for it is not enough. This article will show a general view about the situation of risk management in construction field in Vietnam nowadays.
