Kk qud: Tong cgng co 158 b^nh nhdn dirpc phdu thudt ngi soi thai ngodi lir cung, 60% trudng h^ thai ngodi tu cung chira m. duac phau thudt kjp thai khdng xdy ra tai bien 70% tntang h^ cd tien cdn hut nifo tluiL 5% cdc truang h(rp CO tien cdn thai ngodi lir cung. Da sd cdc Iruang hop c6 tam chung ldm sdn co dien: tri kinh, dau bipig, rong huyei. Co su khdc biet trong chdn dodn thai ngodi tir cung va i'd chua vo tntac vd sau mo: co 52% tnrdng hgp Ai(K chdn dodn tnrdc md Id thai ngodi tu cung v& lhi sau mo ty le ndy gidm xuong 39% C6 0.6% trudng hgip md n$i sol that bgi phai chuyen md ha. 69,5% cdc truong hop mdu mdt dudi 300ml. Vidi gian mo dudi 45 phut chiem 40%. Da so cdc trudng hqp (96%) su dung mdi lieu khdng sinh d\e phong.
