Nghien cuu nay nhim muc dich phan lap, dinh danh cac vi khuSn gay benh hd hSp gdm:
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida va Bordetella bronchiseptica tir mau dich miii va mSu phdi cua heo cd bieu hien benh hd hip.
Kgt qua nghign cim cho thSy, trong tdng sd 130 mhx dich mui va mSu phdi, da phan lap va dinh danh dupe 42 yi khuin cuaca 4 ioai vi khuSn, chi6m ty le 32,3%. Ty le phan lap Haemophilus parasuis la cao nhat, chigm 11,5%, tigp den Xk Pasteurella multocida vdi ty le 9,2 %; Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Bordetella bronchiseptica cd ty le phan lap lan lugt la 6,9 % va 4,6%. Ty le cac vi khuSn phan lap dugc tir ph6i (17,7%) cao hon so vdi dich mui (14,6%) trgn t6ng sd mlu khao sat.

SUMMARY
This study was conducted to isolate and identify some respiratory pathogens including Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida and Bordetella bronchiseptica based on testing the nasal fluid and lung samples from swine with respiratory disease symptoms. The studied results showed that from a total of 130 pig nasal fluid and lung samples, 42 isolates of ali 4 types of bacteria were isolated and identified, accounting for 32.3%. The isolation rate of Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Bordetella bronchiseptica was 11.5%, 6.9%, 9.2% and 4.6%, respectively.
The isolated bacteria rate from the lung and nasal fluid samples was 17.7%o and 14.6%, respectively.

Nghien cim cua chiing tdi dugc thuc hien vdi muc tieu phan lap, dinh danh cac vi khuan gay benh hd hap tren heo bao gom Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida va Bordetella bronchiseptica tir cac man benh pham thu thap tren heo tai mgt so trai va 16 mo thudc khu vuc nay. Kgt qua nghien cdu gop phan quan trgng, lam co sd cho viec chan doan nguyen nhan gay benh ho hap do vi khuan tren heo tai cac khu vuc da lay raau, tir dd, djnh hudng cho viec dieu tri benh ciing nhu thuc hien cac nghien ciiu tiep theo.

2.1. Noi duDg
Phan lap va dinh danh cac vi khuan gay benh ho hap tren heo bao gom Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis.
Pasteurella multocida va Bordetella bronchiseptica tu mau dich miii va mau phdi cua heo cd bieu hien benh hd hap.
2.2. FhiroTig phap ngbien cuu 2.2.1. Thu thgp mau
Tong so 80 mau dich miii heo dugc thu thap tii 8
trai heo thuoc tinh D6ng Nai va 50 mau phdi dugc thu thap tai 1 16 ra6 heo thugc tinh Binh Duang.
MSu dich mui dugc thu thap tren nhdng heo cd bi6u hien benh ho hip nhu s6t, ho, chay djch mui, thd ng5i, thd thi bung, da tim tai. Dung tam bdng vo trung ngoay sau vao ben trong miji heo, sau do be ngan tam bong va cho vao eppendorff vd triing.
MIU phoi cd cac benh tich nhu xuat huyet, hoai tit, hay vigm phdi dinh sudn se dugc thu thap ya de rieng tung mau trong cac tui sinh hgc. Cac man sau khi thu thap dugc cho vao thiing dung mau, bao quan bang da khd va van chuyen ve phdng thi nghiem trong vdng 12 gid de tien hanh phan lap, dinh danh.
2.2.2. Phan lap
Quy trinh phan lap dugc thuc hien theo cong bd ciia Zhao va cgng su (2010). Mdi trudng phan lap cac vi khuan tren la mdi trudng TSA (Tryptose soy agar; Oxoid) bo sung 5% huyet thanh bd (Fetal bovme serum; Difco) va 10 (xg/ml nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD; Merck). Ddi vdi mau dich mui, mau tam bdng ngoay dich mui se phet true tiep d mgt gdc tren dia, sau do dung que cay de ria nhimg dudng cay cdn lai. Cac vi khuan Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae ATCC 27090, Pasteurella multocida ATCC 12945, rigng cac gdc Haemophilus parasuis, Bordetella bronchiseptica sau khi PCR da dugc giri giai trinh tai cdng ty TNHH Thuang mai va dich vu Nam Khoa, Tp.HCM va su dung Iam ddi chiing duang cho dinh danh cac vi khuan tiep theo.
m . KET QUA VA THAO LUAN Qua nghien cuu, chung toi da phan lap dugc 42 vi khuan, ty le phan lap timg loai vi khuan dugc trinh bay trong bang 3.
Kgt qua tir bang 3 cho thay ty le phan lap cac vi khuan gay benh hd h4p trgn tdng sd mhi khao sat la 32,3%. Trong do, vi khuAn Haemophilus parasuis cd ty le phan lap cao nhat d ca 2 mlu chigm 11,5%; tigp dgn la Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae va Bordetella bronchiseptica cd ty le phan lap Ian lugt la 9,2%; 6,9% va 4,6%. Ngoai ra, ty le cac vi khu§n phan lap dugc tir phdi (17,7%) cao hem so vdi dich miii (14,6%) tren tdng sd mSu khao sat. Do dd, ty le phan lap timg loai vi khuan tren m§u phdi ciing cao ban so vdi man dich rtr miii.

Nhin chung, ty le phan lap dugc cac vi khuan gay benh hd hap tren heo trong nghign cuu cua chiing tdi co khac biet so vdi cac nghign cuu tmdc do tai cac khu vuc khac.
Trong nghign ciiu nay, Haemophilus parasuis cd ty le phan lap cao nhat so vdi cac vi khuan khac, chiera 11,5% tren tdng sd mau phan lap. Ty le phan lap Haemophilus parasuis tir cae mau benh pham tren heo ciing co khac so vdi cac nghign ciiu khac. Nghien ciiu ciia Zhao va cdng sir (2010) cho thay ty Ie phan lap Haemophilus parasuis la 26,7%. Trong khi ket qua nghign cuu cua Hricinova va cdng su (2010) cho thay trong tdng sd 219 mau phdi, thi chi cd 4 raau duong tinh doi vdi Haemophilus parasuis, chigm 1,83%. Haemophilus parasuis gay viem da xoang bao gom vigra sgi ca, vigm khdp va vigra mang nao cd the thay d the cap tinh. Nghign cim ciia Hricinova va cgng su (2010) cho thay ty le phan lap Pasteurella multocida tir mau benh pham trgn heo la kha cao, chiem 74,9%
tdng sd mlu phan lap. Pasteurella multocida gay benh tu huyet tren heo vdi cac bieu hien sdt cao, khd thd, xuat huyet d da vimg bung, tai, dui, mdng, ddi khi toan than. Pasteurella multocida toxin (PMT) serogroup D kgt hop vdi Bordetella bronchiseptica gay viem teo xoang mui tign trien. Nhin chung, ty le phan lap cac vi khuan gay benh hd hap trgn heo la co khac nhau giii'a cac khu vuc khao sat, digu nay cd thg phu thudc vao digu kien ve sinh, quan ly an toan sinh hgc, viec sir dung thudc khang sinh trong phong va tri benh ciing nhu sir dung vacxin phdng benh cho heo. Ty le phan lap cac vi khuan gay benh hd hap trong nghign ciiu cua chimg tdi khac vdi cac nghign ciru khac va d miic thap, mac dii cac man thu thap de phan lap vi khuan dugc lay tren nhiing heo cd bigu hien benh ho hap. Cac trang trai va Id md da thu thap raau thudc khu vuc tinh Ddng Nai va Binh Duang. IV. KET LUAN
Nghign ciiu cua chiing toi da gdp phan xac dinh 4 mam benh vi tning cd kha nang gay benhho hap trgn heo tai nhirng khu vuc da thu thap raau.
Trong dd, ty le phan lap vi khuan Haemophilus parasuis la cao nhat, tigp dgn la Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae va Bordetella bronchiseptica. Ket qua ciia nghign ciiu nay la ca sd cho cac nghien cira figp theo vg xac dinh miic dp nhay cam vdi khang sinh hoac nghign ciiu benh hpc ciia nhiing vi khuan da phan lap dugc.
Lai cdm an: Trdn trong cam an Prof Qigai He, Phong Thi nghiem irong diem ve Vi sinh nong nghiep, Khoa Chdn nuoi Tint y, Dgi hoc Nong nghiep Huazhong. Trung Quoc da giup da chung loi ve quy ti-iuh phdn lap cdc vi khudn trong nghien ci'ni.
