Cac d i n xuat chavicol rat phd bidn trong gidi thye vdt, dac biet Id nhung cay cd thdnh phan hda hpc chinh la tinh dau. Ddn nay chua cd tdi lieu nao tim hieu ed he thong ve hoat tinh sinh hpc cua chavicol va d i n chdt. Chavicol vd dan chat lien quan Id thanh phan ehu ydu trong tinh dau la trdu klidng {Piper betle L., Pifieraceae).
