Social loafing is the phenomenon of a person exerting less effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group than when they work alone. By quantitative analysis from survey data for 228 emplovees in Ho Chi Mmh City-based enterprises. The result reveals that only distribution fairness and procedural fairness produce an opposite effect on employee's social loafing. In

other words, these nvo factors are to eliminate social loafing.
