I. BAT VAN BE

Cdng doan trdn ddng vai trd quan trpng trong day chuyen sin xuat bin san pham hoac sin pham, thudc tan dupe. Muc dich cua trdn la lam phan bd ddng deu cic thinh phan chat trong mdt don vi the tich bat ky ciia sin pham (hoac ban san pham).

Do vay viec nghidn cuu cdng nghe trdn ddi hdi phai cd su phan tich cu thd, rd ring va chinh xac ve tiiiet bi vi cdng nghd thi mdi mang lai hidu qua cao.

2. Sau khi cd s6 lidu miy da dupe thi^t k^ v i ch^ tao.

Ddn nua vdng quay sau vat Udu dupe do xudng gap hai cinh trdn (cung lip ciing tren true) nghieng 30" quay vio trong v i vat li$u dupe do ddn vio trong.

1. Kdt luan

The name of the project is "Research and design, manufacturing equipment and mixed technology with more constituents product on the mbcer drum machine" We have obtained the follovsing results: We have studied, designed and manufactured a cubic drum mbced machine: It worlced well when we changed the parameters of the machine in the research process. Tlie mixed product is good as requirements. We Have found a mathematical model using regression of mixing:Y = 22,68 + 0,91X, + 1,31X. -^ l.G^Xj. From tiiis equation we have found a mbced mode by optimal Box-Wilson method with the parameters: The rotational speed of the barrel: X, = 20 v/p; Score of barrels filled with mixed: X, = 35%; The inclination of the mixed wing Co = 30''C. With this mode, the mbcing time is 19 minutes to achieve one hundred percent uniformity.

The mixing machine and mbced technology had been transferred to production facilities in Bac Ninh pharmaceutical company to mbc medicine and have good results. It can mix dry separate different materials.
