Bai bio nay trinh bay mgt sfl kft qua ngbien cuu vi nhan gi6ng in vuro tir hat tre Mgnh Tong Dendrocatamus asper "Betung Hitam".

Sau khi duoc khir tnJng bing 50% javel trong khoang ttioi gian 20 phut, hat tre ducfc ciy len moi truong MS MS co bo sun§ B A (1,0;

3,0, 5,0; 7,0 mg/l) hoac kinetin (1,0; 3,0; 5,0; 7,0 m ^ ) v a nuoi u-ong dieu kien thoang khi de kich thich hinh thanh choi. Kel qua cho thiy mfll truong MS cd bfl sung 5,0 mg/l BA CO kha n3ng tao choi tot nhat (1,33 choi/hat). Tiep iheo, moi truong ra re MS c6 bo sung 3,0 mg/t IBA CO kha nang tao rl tfit nhat vdi be so 9 rc/chfli sau bon tuan nudi cay Ngoai ra, dieu kien nudi cay thoang khi cung giiJp cho ch6i sinh truang va phat tnen tfll bon. He sfl quang bop tlman cua tre Manb Tong dat dugrc cao nhSt la 0,65 fimol mot ' h"' cay"' crng^ythu21 trong dieu kien thoing khi.

SUMMARY

The work presents llie establishment of a micropropagation procedure in vitro from Dendrocalamus asper "Betung Hitam" bamboo seeds under the aeration condition. After sterilized with 50% javel for 20 min, the bamboo seeds were cultured on 20 ml Murashige and Skoog's medium (MS) containing Ihe concentrations of BA: 1.0; 3.0; 5.0; 7.0 mg/l or Idnetin: I.O; 3.0; 5.0; 7.0 mg/l and grown in the aeration condition for shoot induction. The results showed that the MS medium containing 5.0 mg/l BA is suitable for the shoot induction (1.33 shoots per seed). Next, the MS medium containing 3,0 mg/l is Ihe best one for the root induction (nine roots/shoot after four week induction) The highest net photosynthetic rates were also observed after 21 day culture under the aeration condition.
