With a survey of 620 respondents and by qualitative and quantitative methods, this research determines markel demand for food made from fiowers and evaluates the feasibility of the project through financial indicators such as NPV. IRR and break-even point. The result shows that there is a high demand for this kind of food and the project is feasible and worth investment.
