ABSTRACT: Along with project m a n a g e m e n t science, there have emerged the needs of managing multiple aspects of project m a n a g e m e n t . Experts and practitioners in this field have widened their focus and interest in project management, not only care about project quality, but also quality of project processes including project time management.
This paper clarifies concept and content of project time management, utilizing knowledge in quality management to propose concepts and content of the quality of project time management, then articulates factors influencing the quality of this job.
