Phuang phdp chiet tmyen thdng xu li ede mau mdi trudng trong phdn tich hChi ea la ehilt long - Idng vd chiet pha ran. Cdc phuang phdp na\ thudng mdt nhilu thdi gian, khd tu ddng hod, dpe hai \ a ehi phi cao do ddi hoi lugng dung moi tinh khilt ldn. Mae dii cd thl chilt dugc lugng ldn chat nhung trong phdn tich sac ki lai chi cdn rat it (mpt vdi pL mdu) vd dp chpn lpc cua eac phuang phdp tru\ en thdng thudng khdng cao [1]. Nham khdc phuc nhirng nhugc dilm ndy, cdc phuang phdp vi chiet dugc nghien ciiu vd img dung rpng rai nhu mpt sy thay thl quan trpng bao gom: \ i chiet pha Idng (LPME). vi chilt pha rdn (SPME), vi chilt pha rdn ddng sir dung kim r6ng phii ttong (SPDME).

Vi chiet pha ran ddng su dung kim rdng phii trong Id mpt kT thudt vi chiet dya tren can bdng phdn bd ciia cdc cdu tu trong mdi tmdng phdn tich len mdt mdng mdng (pha tmh) dupe tdm len thdnh ben trong eiia mdt kim tiem rdng. 2. THlTC NGHIEM 2.1. Hoa chdt va thiet bi

2.1.1 Hod chdt

Cdc pha tinh poliacrylat (PA), polimetylphenylsiloxan (OV-17) va polidimetylsiloxan (PDMS) ciia hang Kasei Kogoy (Tokyo Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd, Nhat Bdn).

Cac dung mdi diclonielan, axclon, etanol, n-hcxan... loai linh khiet phan tich ciia cdc hdng Fluka (Buchs, lliuy S\). Merck (Darmstadt, Ddc).

Cac chai chudn bcn/cn, toluen, elylbcn/cn, m-xilcn (B llvX) loai linh khiet sdc ki ciia hdng Merck (Darmsladl, Due).

Cac mum Na^SO,. NaNO,, NaCl, KNO,... loai tinh khiet phan tich ciia hang Merck (Darmstadt, Diic).

2.1.2. Thiet bi

Thill bj sdc ki khi (iC Agilent 7X90A (My), detecUr FID.

Cac dung cu thuy tinh, may bill chan khdng, mdy khuay tir, bam tiem Hamilton (loai 5, 10, 25 \a 100 pL), bam kim ticMU y tc (loai 0,5; I; 3 vd 5 mL)...

2.2. Che tao thiet bj SPDME

Thilt bj ciia kT thual SPDME dugc die tao tu chinh kim tiem y te Qua khdo sdt chiing toi lya chpn kim tiem y tc co chieu ddi 30,8 mm, ducmg kinh ngoai 0.65 mm va dudng kinh trong 0,38 mm. Trudc khi tam kim tiem dugc rua sach bdng nude edt, etanol vd diclometan.

Vdi ddi tugng la eac hidrocacbon nhdm Bl 1:X, pha tTnh dugc nghien ciru lya chpn Id polimetylphenylsiloxan. Pha tTnh ndy dugc pha trong diclometan \di ndng dp 0,05 g/mL.

Cach tdm: Ldm day kim tiem bang dung djch tdm d tren, giiir yen d dieu kien phdng cho dung mdi diclometan bay hai het. Diing mdy sdy Idm kho, sau dd dua phdn kim tiem dd tdm vdo ddu injecta cua mdy sdc ki khi de Idm sach dung mdi vd ede tap chdt de bay hcri. Dua ra bdo qudn kin de tien hdnh vi chiet vd cd the tdi su dung nhieu ldn.

2.3. Xac dinh chieu day mang tam

Chieu ddy mdng tdm dugc xdc djnh bang cdng thirc [ 1 ]

tdm, D Id khdi lugng rien ciia pha tTnh vd h Id chieu ddi cua kim tiem (phdn dugc tdm pha tinh).

Ket qud xdc djnh chieu ddy mdng tdm pha tTnh polimetylphenylsiloxan trong dung moi diclometan vdi ndng dp 0,05 g/mL tren kim tiem Id 23,5 pm.

Ket qud xdc djnh chieu ddy mdng tdm pha tTnh tren kinh hien vl dien tu quet (SEM) (hinh 1, hinh 2) Id 22 pm. Nhu vay ket qua xac djnh chilu ddy mdng tdm qua tinh todn bdng cdng thirc bdn thyc nghiem vd xac djnh tren SEM Id gdn tuang ddng nhau.

2.4. Md ta qua trinh vi chiet

Dua kim tiem vdo trong Ip dyng mau phdn tich (mau Idng hoac khi) da dugc bjt kin. Tien hdnh keo, ddy pittdng len xudng nhieu ldn, ldm cho mdt phdn lugng mau phdn tich di vdo kim tiem vd tiep xiic lien tuc vdi mdng pha tTnh, cdn bdng phan bd tam thdi dugc thilt lap. Sau mpt khodng thdi gian dat can bang phdn bd todn bd, dua kim vi chilt ra khdi mdi trudng mdu vd day ngay vdo dau injecta cua mdy sdc ki khi. Tai day nhd ddng khi mang ndng, cdc chdt phdn tich dugc gidi hdp ra khdi mdng pha tTnh vd di vdo cot tdch sdc ki. Gidi hdp xong kim vi chilt dugc dua ra khdi dau injecta cua mdy sac ki khi, bdo qudn lai vd cd the tdi su dung.

Anh hudng cua cdc loai mudi khdc nhau: Tien hdnh khdo sdt qud trinh vi chiet khi them vdo dung djch nude tung loai mudi gdm: NaCl, Na2S04, NaN03, K2SO4, KNO3, Na^SOj, ket qud thu dupe d hinh 4. Anh hudng ciia nhipt dp: Lp mdu dung djch vd KGH dugc ddt trong binh dieu nhiet vd duy tri trong qud trinh vi chiet d nhirng nhipt dp khdc nhau: 25°C (nhiet dp phdng), 30"C, 40°C, 50°C, 60°C vd 70°C, kit qud thu dugc nhu d hinh 5.

Tdc dp khudy trong dung dich: Khudy dung djch de cho cdn bang Idng - hai cua cdc chdt trong dung djch vd tren phdn KGH lien tyc dugc thiet lap nhanh ttong qud trinh vi chiet. Tdc dp khudy dugc thay ddi ldn lugt: khdng khudy, 50 vdng/phiit, 100 vdng/phiit \a 200 vdng/phut, ket qud dugc cho nhu d hinh 6.

Thdi gian vi chiet: Thdi gian vi chiet Id khodng thdi gian dugc tinh tir khi bdt dau dua kim vi chiet vdo vd dua ra khdi KGH. Thdi gian vi chiet Id tdi uu khi can bang phan bd ciia chat phdn tich vdo pha tTnh dugc thiet lap. De xdc djnh thdi gian dat cdn bdng phan bd, chiing tdi tien hdnh vi chiet vdi nhirng khodng thdi gian: 3 phut, 5 phut, 7 phiit, 10 phiit, 13 phiit vd 15 phut, ket qud khdo sdt chi ra nhu d hinh 7.

2.6. Xay dung quy trinh vi chiet cac hpp chat hidrcacbon thom nhdm BTEX trong mau khi Tien hdnh khdo sdt cdc yeu td dnh hudng:

Thdi gian d^t cdn bang phdn bd: Cdc chdt chuan dugc cho dong thdi vdo binh lay mdu cd van khod hai chieu vd thl tich 1 lit: benzen (1 pL), toluen (5 pL), etylbenzen (5 pL), m-xilen (5 pL). Trong khi vi chilt dugc giOr co djnh d nhipt dg 27°C va toe dp keo pittdng la 10 lan /phiit, ket qud thu dugc nhu d hinh 8.

Tdc dg keo-ddy pittdng: Khi khdo sat tdc dp keo, day pittdng cung can phai cd djnh cdc dieu kien khdc nhu nhiet dp vi chiet, the tich binh chua mau vd vdi ciing mgt khoang thdi gian la

15 phut, chi thay ddi so ldn keo, ddy pittdng trong 1 phut, ket qua thu dugc nhu d hinh 9.

Anh hudngcua nhi?t dp: Nhi?t dp cd dnh hudng rat ldn din kT thuat vi chiet, nhdt la khi thuc hi?n vdi mau khi, vi cdc can bdng dgng hgc trong qua ttinh vi chilt diu bj anh hudng bdi nhiet dp. Nhiet dp qud thap, can bang Idng hai ciia cac cau tu trong mau khi bj chuyin djch ve

3. KET QUA VA THAO LUAN

3.L Pha tinh trong vi chiet pha rdn dpng siir dung kim rong phu trong

Lya chon pha tTnh dung trong vi chilt ndi chung vd vi chilt pha rdn ddng su dung kim rdng phii trong la mdt trong nhimg budc quan trpng nhdt. Ca sd lya chpn pha tTnh dugc dua tren cdc yeu cau vl khd nang bdm dinh tdt, do bin nhiet cao, khdng tan^trong mdi trudng chiia chat phdn tich vd cd tinh chon lpc cao ddi vdi cdc cdu tu can chilt. Yeu to chpn lpc phu thudc vdo bdn chdt cua timg loai pha tTnh vdi nhdm cdc cdu tu can chilt, tinh ttrang ddng ve cdu tao cung nhu dp phan eye tuang ddi.

Viec khao sdt cho thay vdi cdc hidrocacbon tham nhdm BTEX, pha tTnh polimetylphenylsiloxan (OV-17) cho hieu qua chilt tot nhdt. Dieu ndy Id phu hgp do pha tTnh OV-17 cd dp phan eye ylu vd trong cdu true cd vdng tham tuang ddng ve cdu tao vai eac hidrocacbon tham.

3.2. Chieu ddy mang pha tinh

3.3. Quy trinh phan tich trong khong gian hoi mau Idng

3.4. Quy trinh phan tich mau khi

Tuy nhien, vdi viee khdo sdt dugc cdc dilu kien tdi uu cho kT thudt SPDME kit hgp vdi sdc ki khi GC/FID, tren ddi ttrgng la cdc hidrocacbon tham nhom BTEX, quy ttinh phan tich dugc xdy dung dan gidn nhu sau:

4. KET LUAN

Nghien ciru da che tao thdnh cdng thiet bj vi chiet pha ran ddng sir dung kim rdng phu trong (SPDME) vd khdo sdt chieu day mang pha tTnh Id polimetylphenylsiloxan (OV-17).

Xdy dyng quy trinh phdn tich true tiep cdc hidrocacbon tham nhdm BTEX ttong mau nude vd trong khdng khi tren ca sd kT thuat SPDME kit hgp vdi sac ki khi GC/FID.

SUMMARY

DETERMINATION OF THE BTEX GROUP AROMATIC HYDROCACBONS IN WATER AND IN AIR BY GC METHOD USING SOLID-PHASE DYNAMIC

MICROEXTRACTION (SPDME)

Solid-phase dynamic microextraction (SPDME) is a modified method of fiber solid-phase microexfraction (SPME). The method involves the sorption of analytes onto a thin film of stationary phase, which is coated on inner surface of a syringe needle followed by desorption of analytes fi-om a sample into a chromatographie injector for analysis. A great advantage of SPDME over fiber of SPME, the SPDME is impossible to damage mechanically. In addition, the volume of the stationary phase of SPDME needle is larger than that of SPME fiber many times.

Relying on that, we can increase the amount of analyte and sensitivity of analytical method. The study on SPDME technique based on SPME is a new modification and conttibution to improve sample preparation technique for chromatographic analysis.

In this report, we present to make device for SPDME based on stationary phase of polymethylphenylsiloxane (OV-17) and veterinary syringe and study on the method of SPDME combined with the GC/FID and GC/MS for determination of the BTEX group aromatic hydrocacbons in water and in air.
