This study Vi'as to evaluate the eiinical efficacy of sub - epithelial eonneehve tissue graft sur- gery with coronal flap in soft tissue augmentation of anterior maxillary antenor edentulous area Sub-epilhehal eonneehve tissue graft surgery with coronal flap was performed on 10 patients (25 to 45 years old) with a chief complain of the unaneslhelie maxillary antenor prosthe- sis Gl, the thickness of soft tissue, and the patient satisfaction were compared before and 3 months after the surgery Three months after sub - epithelial surgery, an adequate anesthetic outcome was achieved with a decrease of Gl from 0 66 ± 0 48 to 0 41 ± 0 49 (p < 0 001) and an increase of soft tissue thickness from 2 15 ± 0 86 mm to 3 29 + 0 99 mm (p < 0 001), 90%
