A kit for serum glucose determination was formulated and the manufacture process was computenzingly optimized, thed in pilot scale, and the kit was investigated in view of stability (expiry date), storage conditions and its creditability by long-term and accelerated tests in comparison with the available Imported kits.

An UV-VIS spectrophotometric method for determination of the total phenolic compounds in

resinous residues of poon-oit (Oleum Calophyllae inophyllae - Clusiaceae) obtained m the oil refinement was developed The proposed method was venfied proving to meet AOAC requirements with the accuracy of 99 3% 95- 105%; and precision of 2.14% (<3.7%).
