T the annual g·eneral meeting of the Kensington Hebrew Congre- g-ation, held at ' Communal Hall, Orion Street, Ia t .. ·unday morning, it was decided to e.3lablish a permanent independent Ruildi 1g and Fund- raising Committee for the purpo e of erecting a y· ~ ~u and Tal•nud Tnrah.
