Cost containment Plan for 2021/2022
The objective of this plan is to be in line with cost containment Regulations sections 62(1)(a), 78(1)(b), 95(a) and 105(1)(b) of the Act, is to ensure that resources of a municipality and municipal entity are used effectively, efficiently and economically by implementing cost containment measures.
Below is the plan that the municipality formulate to adhere to the cost containment.

15/12/2016 The municipality is already implementing some of measures mentioned in the circular, it's provide only tea for all the standing commitees and the meeting should be more than 5 hours in order for the municipality to provide catering and for community meetings the municipality provides fruit packs. The municipality has realised savings when it is compared with previous years
4. Events, advertising and sponsorships
