Dear poster presenters,
this working document gives details regarding theSAIP2022 virtual poster sessions.
-- The oral sessions of SAIP2022 will be run via thegather.town application.
-- All submitted posters are already embedded on thesite and are ready for viewing.
-- The link (and password) to access gather.town willbe emailed to all registered participants.
-- An introductory video on how to use the gather.town application is available at https://youtu.be/7nmEY97XqRM
-- We have decided to use the half of Wednesday (06 July2022) for poster sessions.
-- Participants can use the morning session to testthe system and make sure they are comfortable using it. It may take a while to get usedto the navigation.
-- Where possible, we have asked divisions to usethe afternoon session for the judging of posters. More information on this will be availablefrom the different division chairs.
-- LOC members can be identified by their gather.townname which includes“LOC_”in front oftheir full names.
-- We have embedded a number of private spaces, includingwhiteboards, that can be used as (confidential) meeting and discussion rooms. Pleasefeel free to make use of these!
