The Chief Justice has issued the following directions:
1. If the parties agree that this matter should be postponed, the terms of the agreement, including those on costs, should be filed by no later than 16:00 on Friday 4 May 2012.
2. If no agreement is filed by this time, the matter will be heard as scheduled on 15 May 2012.
3. If an agreement is filed, further directions in relation to the hearing will be issued in due course.
