Dear Authors
Please read the guidelines provided for the preparation of the articles for the SAIP 2023 Proceedings carefully. Contribution must be completed using either the official Latex or Word guidelines. Note that it is crucial that the articles are in the correct format as to avoid delays in finalising the proceedings. Papers must be uploaded to the Indico website in PDF format, with file name constructed as follows:
123-Title of my article.pdf
where 123 is the 3 digit conference contribution ID allocated to you on registration. If you are in the first 99 contribution numbers, add zeros to the front of your number, e.g. if your contribution number is for instance one (1) add zeros to have 001-Title.pdf. Note that the first four characters must not have any spaces, just “NNN-“.
Using the format prescribed, papers should preferably not exceed six pages.
