In order to register as an Industrial Psychologist you need to do an internship after completion of your studies. This internship programme consists of various Industrial

Psychological activities to be carried out within a suitable organisation. These activities have to be set out in an accredited internship programme. It is your responsibility to arrange for an organisation that offers internships and for a registered Industrial Psychologist to act as your supervisor.

1) Motivate why they should be selected as a masters student in Industrial Psychology (+- 300 words) Annexure 5

2) Prepare a 3 page research outline (Annexure 6) describing the following:

 Research topic/ title

 Background to the study and problem statement

 Short literature review

 Research questions and objectives

 Research methodology

 Personal motivation to pursue studies on this topic

 List of references (use the APA 6^th edition method)
