• The ability of the system to facilitate the municipality’s performance score card
• How is the system is accommodating the legal reporting requirement:
– How is the SDBIP is generated from the system
– How are the progress against he SDBIP targets tracked
• How is the system is accommodating Subnational Doing Business (SNDB) indicators dealing with:
– Construction Permits – Getting Electricity
– Registering Properties
