TAKE NOTICE THAT on the 5l" December 1997 an Application for Leave to Appeal is duly instituted and filed, and a copy thereof is attached hereto.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in terms of Rule 49(11) of the Supreme Court Rules the order granted by His Lordship, the Honourable Mr Justice Malan dated the 4"1
December 1997 in terms of which His Lordship granted a final liquidation order against the Respondent/Defendant Baby Angel, is suspended pending the decision on such Appeal process.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any person who attempts to execute the order of the said Mr Justice Malan notwithstanding the Application for Leave to Appeal will act in
contravention with the said Rule 49(11) and the above Honourable Court will be
approaclicd on an urgent basis in terms of this Rule for an interdict refraining such person to execute the said Court Order which is presently suspended witli a punitive cost order.
