B. SARAN

3. Bagi Penelitian Selanjutnya

Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mengambil sampel yang lebih luas

lagi dan banyak untuk mewakili populasi karyawan bank yang ada di

Yogyakarta. Selain itu, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan membuat

pengkategorian sampel dengan menunjukkan seberapa tinggi atau

rendahnya tingkat perceived organizational support, work family conflict

mengukur tingkat perceived organizational support, work family conflict

dan stres kerja pada karyawan bank sehingga penanganannya dapat

disesuaikan. Selain itu penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk

menggolongkan jenis bank-bank yang ada misalnya bank pemerintah, bank

swasta, bank syariah serta bank perkreditan rakyat untuk melihat pengaruh
