Pendahuluan :
1. Kerja-kerja yang diliputi dalam kontrak ini mengandungi peruntukkan oleh pembekal/kontraktor dengan risiko dan kosnya sendiri bagi semua bahan-bahan, pekerja dan lain-lain perkara yang perlu untuk penyiapan kerja di atas mengikut spesifikasi dan kelulusan sepenuhnya oleh Pegawai Penguasa;
2. Majlis berhak mengubah mana-mana kuantiti yang tercatit di dalam Senarai Kuantiti yang dinyatakan; 3. Kuantiti yang tercatat di dalam Senarai Kuantiti adalah kuantiti sementara sahaja;
4. Yang Dipertua, Majlis Perbandaran Klang tidak terikat untuk menerima tawaran yang terendah.

SYARAT - SYARAT MEMBUAT SEBUTHARGA DAN MAKLUMAT AM UNTUK KEGUNAAN OLEH PENYEBUTHARGA
1. SYARAT - SYARAT MEMBUAT SEBUTHARGA
1.1 Penyebutharga mestilah menyerahkan Sebutharga dalam satu sampul surat bertutup dan bermeteri dan dialamatkan sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam Notis Sebutharga, suatu Sebutharga yang sah dalam Borang Sebutharga yang diperuntukkan, bersama dengan salinan Senarai Kuantiti atau Spesifikasi dan Ringkasan Sebutharga seperti yang diperuntukkan yang diisi dan ditandatangani dengan sempurna. Borang Sebutharga yang tidak diisi dengan sempurna dan ditandatangani oleh peyebutharga akan di tolak.
1.2 Sebutharga dan semua dokumen yang berkaitan dengannya mestilah di hantar ke tempat pada atau sebelum masa yang ditetapkan dalam Notis Sebutharga. Mana - mana Sebutharga yang di hantar selepas masa yang ditetapkan tidak akan dipertimbangkan.
1.3 Perubahan - perubahan atau tambahan - tambahan tidak berkebenaran tidak boleh dibuat kepada Borang Sebutharga dan mana - mana dokumen Sebutharga yang lain.
1.4 Apa - apa perbelanjaan yang dilakukan oleh penyebutharga dalam urusan menyediakan Sebutharga ini hendaklah ditanggung olehnya.
1.5 Sebagai balasan ke atas akujanji Majlis untuk membayar terus kepada Penyebutharga yang berjaya, berkaitan dengan apa - apa jumlah yang disahkan sebagai perlu dibayar kepada Penyebutharga dan yang dipersetujui dan diperakukan oleh Pegawai Penguasa dalam Perakuan - perakuan interim atau Perakuan Muktamad menurut dan tertakluk kepada peruntukan yang berkenaan dalam Kontrak. Penyebutharga yang berjaya hendaklah mendepositkan kepada Majlis satu Surat Jaminan Tanggung Rugi seperti yang diperutukan oleh Majlis.
1.6 Penyebutharga hendaklah memeriksa dan meneliti Tapak Bina dan kawasan sekitarnya dan hendaklah disifatkan telah berpuas hati dan membenarkan dalam Sebutharga tentang keadaan Tapak Bina, cara - cara akses ke Tapak Bina, tempat simpanan yang dikehendaki dan pada amnya hendaklah dengan sendirinya mendapatkan segala maklumat yang perlu tentang risiko, luar jangkaan dan hal - hal keadaan lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi atau menjejas Sebutharganya. 1.7 Sebut harga adalah tetap sah dan tidak boleh ditarik balik selama tempoh seratus dua puluh (120) hari dari tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan untuk mengemukakan Sebut harga.
1.8 Sebelum memulakan kerja, Penyebutharga yang berjaya hendaklah menyediakan perkara -perkara berikut : ( a ) Polisi Insurans bagi Liabiliti Awam ( iaitu insurans terhadap kecederaan kepada orang atau kerosakan
kepada harta ) :
( b ) Nombor pendaftaran di bawah Skim Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja ( PERKESO ) ; ( c ) Polisi Insurans bagi Pampasan Pekerja.
1.9 Jika petender tidak mematuhi Syarat - syarat di atas, maka Sebutharga boleh ditolak.
2. MAKLUMAT AM
( Nota : Maklumat ini tidak melepaskan petender daripada tanggungjawab untuk memeriksa dan meneliti Tapak Bina mengikut Perenggan 1.8 di atas )
2.1 Lokasi Tapak Bina Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor 2.2 Akses ke tapak Bina melalui jalan raya
2.3 Tarikh Anggaran Permulaan Kerja akan dimaklumkan kemudian
(Nota: Tarikh yang dinyatakan hanyalah anggaran sahaja dan penyebutharga yang berjaya dikehendaki memastikan dan membuat perkiraan dengan Majlis mengenai tarikh sebenar bagi permulaan kerja pihak ketiga. Arahan memulakan kerja akan dikeluar oleh Majlis).
