Puji syukur kepada TUHAN Yang Maha Esa, karena atas besar kasih dan rahmat-Nya kita telah melewati tahun 2015 yang lalu dengan aman dan damai. Meskipun sebagaimana kita rasakan pada tahun 2015 yang lalu khususnya di kuartal I, II dan III, perekonomian Indonesia sempat melambat. Namun di kuartal terakhir 2015 kemarin telah menunjukkan perbaikan, sehingga secara keseluruhan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia masih jauh lebih baik daripada pertumbuhan ekonomi negara berkembang lainnya di dunia.
The glory to the Lord Almighty, because of His great love and mercy we have passed 2015 with a safely and peacefully. Although in 2015, especially in the I, II and III quarter, the Indonesian economic had slowed down significantly. But in the last quarter of 2015 had shown improvement, so overall the economic growth in Indonesia is still better than the economic growth of developing countries in the world.
Dalam kesempatan ini, saya mewakili Dewan Komisaris sangat berterimakasih kepada para pemegang saham dan para stakeholder yang masih menaruh kepercayaannya kepada Perusahaan, juga kepada jajaran Direksi dan seluruh karyawan Perusahaan yang telah menunjukkan usaha keras dan kekompakannya dalam mengelola Perusahaan ini dengan sebaik-baiknya. Kinerja Direksi Director’s Performance
Sebagaimana diungkapkan oleh Vice President Chief Economist BNI Ryan Kiryanto yang kami kutip dari okezone.com, ada empat pilar yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2015 yaitu konsumsi pemerintah, konsumsi rumah tangga, investasi langsung dan keterbukaan ekspor impor. Dimana pada tahun 2015 ini pertumbuhan konsumsi rumah tangga hanya mencapai 4,8% dimana pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya tidak pernah dibawah 5%. Hal ini merupakan salah satu faktor yang memberikan dampak kepada profit yang tercatat di laporan keuangan tahun berjalan juga mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2015 ini.

Sistem tata kelola Perusahaan juga telah dijalankan dengan baik oleh Direksi, dari pelaksanaan sistem pengendalian intern baik pengendalian keuangan, pengendalian operasional dan ketaatan Perusahaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, sampai dengan sistem manajemen risiko Perusahaan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari tidak adanya perkara hukum baik perdata maupun pidana dan fraud yang dialami oleh Perusahaan selama tahun 2015. Dan kami harap Direksi tetap selalu melakukan peningkatan dalam hal tata kelola Perusahaan di masa yang akan datang seiring dengan pertumbuhan Perusahaan, perkembangan teknologi, peraturan perundang-perundangan dan kompleksitas bisnis yang ada.
Corporate governance system was conducted properly by the Board of Directors, from the internal control system including financial control, operational control and the Company’s compliance to the relevant regulations, until the risk management systems. This is indicated by the absence of legal proceedings whether civil or criminal and no fraud experienced by the Company in 2015. And we hope that the Board of Directors always make improvements in corporate governance in the future in line with the Company’s growth, the changes of technology, legislation and bussiness complexity.
Prospek Usaha Business Prospects
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 yang lalu, Masyarakat Ekonomi Asia (MEA) resmi dimulai dengan menjadikan 10 negara ASEAN sebagai blok ekonomi tunggal. Integrasi negara-negara ASEAN ini tentunya akan berdampak langsung pada sektor properti.
On December 31, 2015, Asian Economic Community (AEC) officially started in making 10 ASEAN countries as a single economic block. Intergration of the ASEAN countries will have direct impact on the property sector.
Selain itu dengan adanya delapan paket kebijakan ekonomi yang telah diterbitkan sampai dengan 2015 yang lalu, pemerintah yakin bahwa pada tahun 2016 ini akan menjadi titik balik pemulihan ekonomi. Bahkan Presiden menyebutkan, dirinya telah memerintahkan agar anggaran yang didelegasikan ke kementerian dan lembaga negara segera direalisasikan pada awal 2016 untuk menjaga momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi.
