DEWA PROGRAM – DO EVERYTHING WITHOUT ACCIDENT

Penerapan DEWA 100 HATI

DEWA 100 HATI atau DEWA Seratus Hari Tanpa Insiden adalah salah satu program DEWA – Do Everything Without Accident. Program unggulan upaya menurunkan atau menghilangkan kecelakaan yang mengakibatkan kerugian terhadap manusia, lingkungan, kerusakan peralatan. Program ini yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kelompok kerja dan pentingnya faktor keselamatan kerja bagi seluruh karyawan di seluruh unit bisnis Perseroan. Perseroan menetapkan lima indikator dalam implementasinya, yaitu: sosialisasi SOP atau SWI, inspeksi peralatan kerja, DEWA Safe Act Observation, safety talk, dan hazard report.

Implementasi Program DEWA 100 HATI membawa dampak signifikan bagi Perseroan, yang ditunjukkan dengan turunnya frekuensi lost time injury (LTIFR) dari 0,32 di tahun 2011 menjadi 0,15 di tahun 2012. Di tahun 2013, Perseroan mematok target LTIFR di angka 0,12. Indikator lainnya juga ditunjukkan dari angka property damage yang menunjukkan penurunan dari 113 insiden di tahun 2011 menjadi 64 insiden di tahun 2012.

To ensure that every individual in the working environment of the Company understands the expected HSE related behaviors, HSE socialization was performed, conducted through the Company’s standard communication, consultation, HSE participation and conveyed in various occasions, including socialization in the Induction of HSE and Quality conveyed to visitors, suppliers and employees, socialization at the beginning of the regular day shift and night shift meetings and HSE socialization in the Safety Committee Meeting, as well as socialization activities in the annual HSE month. Socialization is distributed using media communications of FM radio, email, banners, security signposts, pamphlets and stickers.

Implementation of DEWA 100 HATI

DEWA 100 HATI or DEWA One Hundred Days Without Incident is one of DEWA’s - Do Everything Without Accident program. Flagship program in the efforts to reduce or eliminate accidents resulting in loss of the human, environment, equipment damage. This program aims to raise awareness of the work units and the importance of safety factors for all employees across the business units of the Company. The Company established five indicators in its implementations, namely: SOP or SWI socialization, work equipment inspection, DEWA Safe Act Observation, safety talk, and hazard reports.

The implementation of the DEWA 100 HATI Program brings a significant impact to the Company, as indicated by the decline in the lost time injury frequency (LTIFR) from 0.32 in 2011 to 0.15 in 2012. In 2013, the Company sets a target of LTIFR in the figure 0.12. Other indicators are also evident from the number of property damage which showed a decrease from 113 incidents in 2011 to 64 incidents in 2012.

Lingkungan

Dalam segi lingkungan, Perseroan terus melakukan pengelolaan dan pemantauan lingkungan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah dicanangkan sepanjang tahun 2012. Perseroan juga senantiasa melakukan kegiatannya dengan berpedoman pada peraturan perusahaan, peraturan perundangan lingkungan yang berlaku dan standar Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001.

Tahun 2012 Perseroan yang memiliki unit bisnis di salah satu lokasi di Kalimantan Timur telah memiliki peran penting menerima penghargaan predikat “Bendera Emas” untuk Program Penilaian Peringkat Perusahaan (PROPER) tingkat Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan dan “Bendera Hijau” tingkat Nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup.

Sertifikasi dan Penghargaan

Sepanjang tahun 2012, Perseroan mendapatkan kembali sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007. Selain itu Perseroan juga menerima Penghargaan UTAMA dalam hal Prestasi Kinerja K3L pertambangan dari ESDM dan Penghargaan Nil LTI dari Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi.

Rencana 2013

Untuk tahun 2013, Perseroan telah menyusun berbagai rencana di dalam Induk Program Pencegahan Kecelakaan, DEWA – Do Everything Without Accident, antara lain adalah:

o Pengembangan inisiatif sistem untuk menciptakan kondisi dan tindakan aman secara individu dan kelompok yang nantinya akan dinamakan DEWA Iman.

o Pengembangan sistem DEWA 100 Hati yang mengedepankan peran aktif setiap kelompok dalam departemen atau divisi dengan memanfaatkan perangkat keselamatan yang telah disediakan, inspeksi, safety talk/ safety briefing, housekeeping, hazard report, pengamatan tindakan aman sebagai indikator utama.

Environment

In terms of the environment, the Company continues to conduct environmental management and monitoring in accordance with the provisions that have been launched throughout 2012. The Company also continuously conducts its activities in accordance to the company’s rules, applicable environmental legislation and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards.

In 2012 the Company, which has business units in one location in East Kalimantan has had an important role was awarded with the predicate of “Bendera Emas” for Company Rating Program (PROPER) in the South Kalimantan Provincial and “Bendera Hijau” in the National level which was organized by the Ministry of Environment.

Awards and Certifications

During 2012, the Company regain the ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications. In addition, the Company also received the UTAMA Award in HSE Performance Achievements in mining from ESDM as well as NIL LTI Award from the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration.

2013 Plan

For 2013, the Company has developed various plans in the Accident Prevention Program Main Program, DEWA - Do Everything Without Accident, among others:

o System development initiatives to create safe conditions and actions of individuals and groups which will be called DEWA Iman.

o Development of DEWA 100 Hati system which promotes active role of each group within the department or division using the provided safety devices, inspections, safety talk/safety briefing, housekeeping, hazard reports, observations of safety acts as leading indicators.

o Development of accident protection and prevention system with fatal risk which will be called DEWA Portal, this program will provide

o Pengembangan program komunikasi terintegrasi. “DEWA Komunikasi Positif”, yang melibatkan peran aktif dan umpan balik positif, baik karyawan dan manajemen dengan efektif dan tepat waktu.

o Pengembangan sistem informasi basis data K3L dan Mutu secara korporasi.

o Pengembangan tim tanggap darurat, dengan mengikuti kompetisi internal Perseroan/klien, dan mengikuti kompetisi tingkat nasional - Fire Rescue Competition/Challenge.

o Perpanjangan sertifikasi 3 standar (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 dan OHSAS 18001:2007).

o The development of integrated communication program; “Dewa Positive Communication” (“Dewa Komunikasi Positif”) involving active participation and positive feedback from the employees and the management that is effective and timely.

o Development of HSE and Quality database information system in the Company.

o Development of an emergency response team, by participating in the Company’s internal competition/client, and competitions in the national level - Fire Rescue Competition/ Challenge.

o Renewal of the 3 certification standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 dan OHSAS 18001:2007).

Dalam pengelolaan SDM, Perseroan mempunyai visi untuk menjadikan unit SDM sebagai bagian penting dalam mewujudkan organisasi berkinerja tinggi, menerapkan budaya kerja kelas dunia, terkemuka dalam layanan dan hubungan tenaga kerja agar dapat menarik, memotivasi, mengembangkan dan menahan sumber daya manusia terbaik yang akan membantu pencapaian Misi Perseroan. Visi pengelolaan SDM ini dirinci dalam misi pengelolaan SDM yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pencapaian tujuan Perseroan dengan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dengan menyediakan alat dan proses terbaik untuk mengembangkan human capital dalam Perseroan, menyediakan keunggulan operasional dengan biaya rendah dan menjaga “Visi dan Nilai” Perseroan dengan memastikan tercapainya tata kelola perusahaan yang sangat baik.
