In the past, he acted as an advisor to pt petrokimia nusantara Interindo. Mr. Ciputra gained six years of experience in finance while working for J.p. Morgan Securities, tIaaCref asset Management and Prism Capital Partners L.P. in New York. Mr. Ciputra earned a b.S. in economics from the wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1996.

Terry Lim Chong Thian was Finance Director of CA from January 2006 until the merger. he is currently our finance Director. he has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and worked at CA for six years. Prior to becoming a director, he acted as financial advisor for CA from November 2005. In the past, he has held numerous positions at Shell Companies in Brunei, Malaysia and Australia, where he worked from 1980 to 2004. He has extensive experience in financial management, business planning, procurement, governance and internal controls in the oil and gas industry. Mr. lim earned a b. Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1980. he is also a member of Cpa australia, the Malaysian Institute of accountants and the australian Institute of Company Directors.”

Saat ini ia menjabat Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia kami. Memiliki 32 tahun pengalaman dalam industri petrokimia dan sudah bekerja di CA selama empat tahun. bapak Santoso telah terlibat sebagai Direktur Proyek pada sejumlah perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia dalam industri petrokimia, seperti Nawa Panduta, Usaha Optima Persada Group dan Tirtamas Majutama Group. Selama masa jabatannya di Bhakti Investama Group pada 2000, Beliau menjabat sebagai Wakil Presiden Direktur dan komisaris di lima perusahaan. bapak Santoso telah menjadi direktur SMI sejak tahun 2002. Beliau merupakan lulusan fakultas teknik kimia dari Institut teknologi bandung (Itb) pada 1980.

Mr. Santoso had been heavily involved as Project Director in a number of Indonesia’s pioneer companies in the petrochemical industry, such as Nawa Panduta, Usaha Optima Persada Group and Tirtamas Majutama Group. During his tenure at Bhakti Investama Group in 2000, He held positions as Vice president Director and Commissioner in five companies. Mr. Santoso has been the director of SMI since 2002. he graduated from the Chemical engineering faculty of bandung Institute of technology (Itb) in 1980.”

In the past he has held numerous positions, including feedstock Section Manager from 2005 to 2007 and polyethylene Sales Manager in 2007. Mr. pangestu earned a bachelor of business (accounting) from Central Queensland University, Australia in 2005. He is the son of Mr. Prajogo Pangestu, our majority-controlling shareholder through his direct and indirect beneficial ownership of 64.9% of Barito Pacific in the Company.

Mr. Paisan Lekskulchai graduated with MBA degree from the National Institute of Development administration, thailand, and an undergraduate degree Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He underwent a Management Development Program at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
