Direktur Administrasi dan Keuangan mempunyai tugas di bidang Keuangan, Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia & Umum (Perlengkapan, Pengadministrasian Aset dan Program Kemitraan & Bina Lingkungan (PKBL)), Sistem dan Manajemen Mutu (Pengembangan ISO, Kriteria Penilaian Kinerja Unggul (KPKU), Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Manajemen Risiko dan Kepatuhan Sistem), Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) dan pembinaan harian pada Satuan Pengawasan Intern.

Untuk menjalankan pengurusan Perusahaan, Direksi melaksanakan Rapat Direksi dan rapat-rapat lain, baik yang bersifat rutin maupun insidentil. Rapat dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama dan/atau anggota Direksi yang lain jika Direktur Utama berhalangan hadir.
Rapat Direksi rutin diselenggarakan setiap pekan pada hari Selasa. Direksi setiap bulan juga menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Manajerial (RKM) yang dihadiri oleh Direksi dan Kepala Biro/ Divisi/ SPI. Sesuai dengan dinamika perusahaan juga diselenggarakan rapat-rapat yang bersifat insidentil. Selama 2014, Direksi menggelar sebanyak 43 kali.
Meeting Of The Director
To enforce a company management, the director conduct a director meeting and other meeting, that are regular and incidentil. The meeting is lead by the head of director and/or other member of the director if the head of director unable to attend.
The meeting of the director conduct regularly every week in Tuesday. Every month the director also conduct managemen coordination meeting that attended by other director and head of bureau/division/internal audit unit. In accordance with the dynamic of the company is also held an incidental meetings. During 2014, the direcotr conducted fro 43 times.
