To execute 71 employee training programs, the Company allocated total budget of Rp1,382,000,000, that was 69% higher than Rp816,000,000 education and training cost allocated in previous year (2015).
Increasing amount was driven by higher number of training participants both in managerial and technical trainings as the Company’s policy to improve employee’s skill and development related with WIKA Realty’s business expansion towards most prefered company for the customers in property sector.
