sederhana, dan darah hasil pencucian cell saver memiliki pengaruh yang sama terhadap indeks eritrosit dalam proses autotransfusi.

Saran

Perlu adanya penelitian serupa dengan jumlah hewan coba yang lebih banyak dan bobot yang lebih seragam sehingga lebih terlihat signifikansinya. Diperlukan pemeriksaan laju endap darah dan pembacaan ulas darah merah untuk melihat kondisi anemia dan adanya retikulosit yang dilepaskan oleh sumsum tulang. Pemeriksaan saturasi oksigen juga diperlukan untuk melihat kemampuan sel darah merah dalam membawa oksigen ke jaringan. Dalam proses autotransfusi menggunakan cell saver sebaiknya diberikan terapi cairan terhadap pasien.

27 RIWAYATHIDUP

Penulis dilahirkan pada tanggal 24 Januari 1990 di Bandung-Jawa Barat. Penulis adalah anak kedua dari tiga bersaudara pasangan bapak DR. H. Islahuzzaman, SE. MSi. Ak. dan ibu drg. Hj. Rozana Mariani.

Penulis menyelesaikan pendidikan sekolah dasar pada tahun 2002 di SD Salman Al-Farisi dan melanjutkan pendidikan menengah pertama di yayasan pendidikan yang sama hingga lulus pada tahun 2005. Pada tahun 2008 penulis berhasil menyelesaikan pendidikan menengah atas di SMA Negeri 24 Bandung. Pada tahun yang sama penulis mendapatkan kesempatan melanjutkan pendidikan di Institut Pertanian Bogor melalui jalur Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) dengan mayor Kedokteran Hewan.

Selama menjadi mahasiswa IPB, penulis tergabung dalam beberapa organisasi kampus. Adapun organisasi yang diikuti yaitu UKM Gentra Kaheman divisi Tari (2008), Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan (BEM FKH) Kabinet Katalis sebagai wakil bendahara (2009 – 2010), serta Himpunan Minat dan Profesi Ruminansia (Himpro Ruminansia) sebagai bendahara umum (2010 – 2011). Penulis juga mengikuti magang profesi dan beberapa kepanitiaan kegiatan kampus FKH IPB.
