F. PENUTUP
1. Kesimpulan dan Implikasi
Berdasarkan temuan yang sudah dijelaskan di pembahasan sebelumnya, bahwa variabel price saving orientation dan information quality tidak dapat dianalisis karena item pernyataan tidak reliable. Variabel hedonic motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention dengan efek yang tergolong rendah. Continuance intention berarti pengguna sudah melakukan transaksi berulang kali, maka pengguna yang sudah sering menggunakan aplikasi DANA tidak akan terlalu mementingkan kesenangan yang didapat tapi lebih mementingkan faktor lain seperti keuntungan yang akan didapatkan ketika
37 bertransaksi menggunakan DANA, kepraktisan dalam bertransaksi, dan juga efisiensi waktu.
Habit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention.
Artinya semakin terbiasa pengguna menggunakan DANA sebagai alat transaksi, maka pengguna akan meningkatkan niat untuk terus menggunakan DANA. Dalam penelitian ini, pengaruh habit terhadap continuance intention sangat rendah. Kebiasaan pengguna dalam menggunakan teknologi akan memudahkan untuk mengadopsi teknologi-teknologi seperti aplikasi baru yang muncul. Sesuai fenomena yang terjadi, DANA berkembang di Indonesia tidak sendirian akan tetapi banyak pesaing yang serupa. Maka dari itu karena kebiasaan pengguna dalam menggunakan teknologi, pengguna akan lebih mudah untuk berganti-ganti aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan sesuai dengan ketentuan alat pembayaran di beberapa store.
Variabel experience tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara variabel
hedonic motivation terhadap continuance intention. Variabel experience tidak
memberikan kontribusi yang dalam hubungan hedonic motivation terhadap
continuance intention dikarenakan bahwa meningkatnya pengalaman, membuat
pengguna sudah tidak memikirkan akan kesenangan, melainkan lebih memikirkan efiesiensi dan keuntungan yang didapatkan ketika melakukan transaksi menggunakan DANA. Variabel experience merupakan pure moderator dimana variabel experience tidak bisa menjadi variabel independen dan hanya bisa mempengaruhi saat menjadi variabel interaksi.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini mengarah pada bagaimana aplikasi DANA lebih mengutamakan keamanan, kenyamaan, dan memberikan
penawaran-38 penawaran yang menguntungkan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna karena motivasi hedonis tidak terlalu diperhatikan oleh pengguna yang sudah melakukan transaksi berkali-kali. Dilihat dari sudut pandang habit, disarankan untuk terus dapat bersaing dengan pesaing DANA agar pengguna tetap menggunakan DANA meskipun sudah memiliki kebiasaan menggunakan aplikasi mobile payment lain.
Kepada peneliti selanjutnya, untuk meneliti niat keberlanjutan penggunaan (continuance intention) disarankan untuk memodifikasi model UTAUT2 dengan mengganti subyek penelitian, menggunakan variabel
independent yang sesuai dengan fenomena yang ada, dan dapat menggunakan
variabel experience sebagai variabel mediasi. Sehingga penelitian selanjutnya dapat lebih baik dalam menjelaskan niat keberlanjutan penggunaan mobile
