KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

5.1. Kesimpulan

Hasil profil skor Nugent berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram pada penederita vaginosis bakterial :

1. Total skor Nugent berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram untuk skor 7-10 (vaginosis bakterial) adalah 100%.

2. Distribusi frekuensi terbesar morfotipe bakteri Gram positif besar

(Lactobacillus) berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram adalah 51,61% untuk skor 4, dan distribusi frekuensi terkecil adalah 1,61% untuk skor 0

3. Distribusi frekuensi terbesar morfotipe bakteri batang Gram negatif kecil dan variabel (Gardnerella dan anerob) berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram adalah 79,0% untuk skor 4, dan distribusi frekuensi terkecil adalah 2% untuk skor 1.

4. Distribusi frekuensi terbesar morfotipe bakteri batang bengkok Gram negatif/ batang Gram variabel (Mobilluncus) berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram adalah 49,99% untuk skor 1, dan distribusi frekuensi terkecil adalah 4,8%, untuk skor 0.

5.2. Saran

Penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik, dengan jumlah sampel lebih besar.
