Pada tahun 2003, SWA menerbitkan saham baru kepada pemegang saham lainnya, dan menyebabkan kepemilikan saham Perseroan di SWA terdilusi dari
87,5% menjadi 65,45%. Perseroan mengakui
perubahan kepemilikan saham dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya, sebesar Rp 12.870.
In 2003, SWA issued new shares to other shareholders, and accordingly the Company’s share ownership in SWA was diluted from 87.5% to 65.45%. The Company recognized the changes of the shares ownership in the other equity component amounted to Rp 12,870.
Pada tahun 2009, DAN dan DIN menerbitkan saham
baru kepada pemegang saham lainnya, dan
menyebabkan kepemilikan saham Perseroan di DAN dan DIN terdilusi masing-masing dari 75,50% menjadi 53,14%. Perseroan mengakui perubahan kepemilikan saham dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya masing-masing sebesar Rp 33.522 dan Rp 33.680.
In 2009, DAN and DIN issued new shares to other shareholders, and accordingly the Company’s share ownership in DAN and DIN were diluted from 75.50% to 54.13%, respectively. The Company recognized the changes of the shares ownerhip in the other equity component amounted to Rp 33,522 and Rp 33,680, respectively.
Seperti telah dijelaskan pada Catatan 3 atas laporan keruangan konsolidasian, Perseroan membeli tambahan saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh TKPI pada tahun 2011, sehingga merubah kepemilikan saham Perseroan
menjadi 65%. Perseroan mengakui perubahan
kepemilikan saham dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya sebesar Rp 30.160.
As discussed in Note 3 to the consolidated financial statements, the Company purchased additional new shares issued by TKPI in 2011 and changed the Company’s share ownership in TKPI to 65%, and recognized the changes of the shares ownership in the other equity component amounted to Rp 30,160.
Pada tanggal 10 Pebruari 2012, Perseroan mendirikan sebuah anak perusahaan baru (GUN) dengan membayar 59.900 saham yang diterbitkan oleh GUN sebesar nilai nominal Rp 1.000 (Rupiah penuh) per saham atau sejumlah Rp 59.9. Perseroan memperoleh 99,83% kepemilikan saham di GUN atas transaksi ini. Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 26 Desember 2012, Perseroan membeli tambahan 0,16% kepemilikan saham di GUN sehingga menjadi 99,99% kepemilikan saham melalui pembelian tambahan saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh GUN sebesar Rp 1.940 dengan nilai nominal Rp 1.000 (Rupiah penuh) per saham. Sebagai akibat dari transaksi ini, Perseroan mengakui perubahan kepemilikan saham dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya sebesar Rp 5.
On 10 February 2012, the Company established a new subsidiary company (GUN) by paying-up 59,900 shares issued by GUN at nominal value of Rp 1,000 (whole Rupiah) per share or totalling to Rp 59,9. The Company obtained 99.83% share ownership in GUN as a result of the transaction. Subsequently, on 26 December 2012, the Company purchased additional 0.16% share ownership in GUN to become 99.99% share ownership through purchase of additional new shares issued by GUN for Rp 1,940 at nominal value of Rp 1,000 (whole Rupiah) per share. As a result of this transaction, the Company recognized the changes of the share ownership in the other equity component amounted to Rp 5.
Pada tanggal 7 Desember 2012, Perseroan membeli tambahan 2,92% kepemilikan saham di NI sehingga menjadi 92,50% kepemilikan saham melalui pembelian tambahan saham baru yang diterbitkan oleh NI sebesar Rp 14.000 dengan nilai nominal Rp 1.000 (Rupiah penuh) per saham. Sebagai akibat dari transaksi ini, Perseroan mengakui perubahan kepemilikan saham dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya sebesar Rp 95.
On 7 December 2012, the Company purchased additional 2.92% share ownership in NI to become 92.50% share ownership through purchase of additional new shares issued by NI for Rp 14,000 at nominal value of Rp 1,000 (whole Rupiah) per share. As a result of this transaction, the Company recognized the change of the share ownership in the other equity component amounted to Rp 95.

Transaksi dengan kepentingan non pengendali Transaction with non-controlling interest
Seperti telah dijelaskan pada Catatan 3 atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian, Perseroan mengakuisisi 100% kepemilikan saham di TP, dan oleh karena itu Perseroan mengakui perubahan kepemilikan saham melalui akuisisi kepentingan non-pengendali tanpa hilangnya pengendalian dalam komponen ekuitas lainnya sebesar Rp 173.780.
As discussed in Note 3 to the consolidated financial statements, the Company acquired 100% shares ownership of TP, and therefore the Company recognized the changes of the shares ownership through acquisition of non-controlling interest without a loss of control, in the other equity component amounted to Rp 173,780.
