METODE PENELITIAN
H. Lokasi dan Waktu Penelitian
Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Bayat wilayah Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari - Agustus 2012, diawali proses penyusunan proposal, dilanjutkan pelaksanaan penelitian sampai dengan seminar hasil dan ujian tesis.
