TINJAUAN OPERASI PER SEGMEN OPERASI
Produksi
Total produksi Perusahaan di tahun 2016 hanya berfokus pada pertambangan zircon pada PT Murui Jaya Perdana dan PT Takaras Inti Lestari, total produksi zircon di tahun 2016 adalah sebanyak ±6.011 ton. Sedangkan total kapasitas produksi tambang per tahun adalah sekitar ±18.000 ton, Perusahaan belum dapat meningkatkan produksi secara maksimal karena masih terbatasnya sumber daya untuk memaksimalkan produksi.
REVIEW OF OPERATIONS PER SEGMENT Production
The Company total production in 2016 solely focused on zircon sand mining from its subsidiaries PT Murui Jaya Perdana and PT Takaras Intilestari, the total zircon sand production in 2016 was ±6,011. The total production capacity could exceed ±18,000 MT, the Company has not been able to increase its production to maximum capacity due to limited supply on raw material.

Untuk tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2016, Perusahaan berhasil membukukan penghasilan bersih sebesar Rp77,3 milyar atau naik 249,55% dibandingkan dengan tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2015. Kenaikan penghasilan bersih perusahaan pada tahun 2016 diakibatkan oleh peningkatan produksi dan penjualan zircon.

For the financial year ended 31 December 2016, Company recorded net sales of Rp77.3 billion, or increases by 249.55% compared with the year ended in 31 December 2015. Increase in net sales for year 2016 caused by Increased production and sales of zircon.

Jumlah Aset
Jumlah Aset Perusahaan pada tahun 2015 adalah Rp983 milyar turun menjadi Rp 905 milyar pada tahun 2016. Total aset lancar turun dari Rp. 272 milyar di tahun 2015 menjadi Rp.233 milyar di tahun 2016 hal ini disebabkan turunnya piutang lain-lain Perusahaan kepada pihak ketiga sebanyak Rp 16,21 milyar. Total aset tidak lancar turun dari Rp. 711 milyar di tahun 2015 milyar menjadi Rp 669 milyar di tahun 2016.

Total Asset
Total assets of the Company on the year 2015 was Rp. 983 billion decreases to Rp. 905 billion on 2016. The total current assets decreases from Rp.272 billion in 2015 to Rp.233 billion due to the decrease in other receivables as much as Rp.16.21 billion. The total non-current asset decreases from Rp.711 billion in 2015 to Rp.699 billion in 2016.
Jumlah Liabilitas
Total kewajiban Perusahaan turun dari Rp. 40,5 milyar pada tahun 2015 menjadi Rp 21,3 milyar pada tahun 2016. Total kewajiban jangka pendek turun dari Rp.36 milyar menjadi Rp.18 milyar, akun yang sangat mempengaruhi hal ini adalah turunnya nilai hutang lain-lain pihak ketiga sebesar Rp.15 milyar. Total Liabilitas jangka panjang menurun dari Rp.4 milyar menjadi Rp.2 milyar, hal ini disebabkan menurunnya nilai hutang lain-lain pihak ketiga.
Total Liabilities
The total liability of the Company decreases from Rp.40.5 billion in 2015 to Rp.21.3 billion in 2016, the total short term liability decreases from Rp.36 billion to Rp.18 billion, generally affected by the decrease on other liabilities-third party amounted of Rp.15 billion. The total long term liability also decreases from Rp.4 billion to Rp.2 billion this is occurred because there was an decrease on other liabilities- third party.

Total ekuitas Perusahaan turun dari Rp 942 milyar pada tahun 2015 menjadi Rp 884 milyar pada tahun 2016. Penurunan ekuitas sebesar Rp 58 milyar berasal dari rugi bersih tahun berjalan.

The Company’s total equity decreased from Rp.942 billion in 2015 into Rp.884 billion in 2016. Decrease in equity amounted of Rp.58 billion comes from the current year net loss.

Untuk tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2016, Perusahaan berhasil membukukan penjualan sebesar Rp77 milyar atau naik 249,55% dibandingkan dengan tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2015. Penjualan meningkat karena meningkatnya produksi dan penjualan zircon.
For the financial year ended December 31, 2016, the Company recorded a total revenue worth Rp.77 billion, an increase of 249.55% compared to last year ended December 31, 2015. Increase of sales was caused by increased production and sales of zircon.

Beban penjualan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2016 mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,6% disebabkan sebagian biaya penjualan tahun 2016 ditanggung oleh pembeli. Beban umum dan administrasi mengalami penurunan sebesar 41,5% dibandingkan dengan tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2015 yang disebabkan sebagian besar oleh menurunnya biaya gaji dan tunjangan.
Selling, general and administrative expenses for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 decrease by 1.6% caused most of the cost of sales in 2016 borne of buyer. Rugi kotor Perusahaan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2016 adalah sebesar Rp 6,8 milyar atau turun 367,8% bila dibandingkan dengan laba kotor pada tahun buku yang berakhir 31 Desember 2015. Penurunan laba kotor disebabkan oleh meningkatnya biaya produksi zirkon.
Gross (loss) of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2016 amounted of Rp.6.8 billon or an decrease of 367.8% compared to gross (loss) in fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. Decrease in gross profit was mainly caused by rising production costs of zircon.
