1.11 Definisi Operasional Kajian

1.11.8 Pembelajaran Berbantukan Komputer

Pembelajaran Berbantukan Komputer (PBK) ditakrifkan sebagai pendekatan menggunakan komputer untuk tujuan pengajaran guru dan pembelajaran pelajar (Baharuddin et al., 2004). Melalui PBK, pelajar boleh merancang pembelajaran mereka dan bebas meneroka maklumat berdasarkan kesesuaian masa masing-masing. Walaupun Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan (BTP) mempunyai banyak perisian multimedia sedia ada, namun kajian ini menyediakan bahan rujukan sendiri menggunakan aplikasi perisian komputer sedia ada.

Dalam konteks kajian penyelidikan ini, PBK digunakan di dalam kedua-dua fasa pembelajaran flipped classroom. Melalui pembelajaran luar kelas (PLK) flipped classroom, PBK dibangunkan untuk menyediakan pelajar dengan bahan rujukan yang diajar dalam sesi pembelajaran dalam kelas. PBK juga digunakan dalam fasa pembelajaran dalam kelas (PDK) melalui pengaplikasian Pembelajaran Berasaskan Projek. Pembelajaran Berasaskan Projek adalah aktiviti pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan memanipulasi dan menghasilkan projek menggunakan kemudahan teknologi.

1.12 Penutup

Keseluruhan perbincangan di dalam bab ini memperlihatkan bagaimana penekanan pelaksanaan kaedah pengajaran berpusatkan pelajar perlu diberi perhatian yang sewajarnya. Guru memainkan peranan yang penting dalam mempelbagaikan kaedah pengajaran bagi memastikan pelajar mampu menguasai pembelajaran sepenuhnya termasuk penggunaan teknologi dalam PdP. Kajian ini juga menyediakan pelajar dengan bahan rujukan digital yang mampu diaplikasi dalam

PdP mengikut kesesuaian masa kajian dan boleh dikongsi bersama di portal pendidikan. Selain itu, kajian penyelidikan ini mengambil kira Teori Konstruktivism Sosial yang bersesuaian dengan kaedah pengajaran berpusatkan pelajar. Pemilihan mata pelajaran Matematik melalui pembelajaran berasaskan projek dibuat dengan memberi penekanan terhadap elemen bimbingan. Secara keseluruhannya Bab 1 menyentuh mengenai latar belakang kajian, pernyataan masalah, rasional, objektif dan persoalan kajian. Disamping itu penerangan mengenai kerangka teori dan perkaitannya diperjelaskan bagi memberi gambaran keseluruhan kajian. Kepentingan dan skop kajian juga turut dinyatakan sebelum menyenaraikan definisi operasional kajian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini. Bab 1 diakhiri dengan rumusan daripada keseluruhan intipati kajian penyelidikan.
